Verkehrsgünstig gelegen
Pros:

Gute Lage am Nairobi-Mombasa-Highway, sichere Unterkunft für eine Nacht. Security war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Restaurant befindet sich direkt auf dem Gelände.

Cons:

Wartezeit im Restaurant gefühlt unendlich (über eine Stunde). Qualität und Geschmack war nicht gut (Pasta Carbonara ist nicht zu empfehlen).
Nairobi-Mombasa-Bahnlinie verläuft direkt hinter dem Haus, Züge sind je nach Zimmer auch nachts deutlich zu hören.
Leider kein Aufzug. Unsere Zimmer lagen im 3. Stock.
Badfenster gehen nach innen auf den Hotelflur, bei offenem Fenster kann man beim Duschen beobachtet werden.
Sehr harte Matratzen.

Receptionist made mistake during payment. Although I told her, she insisted. Then she started arguing about 10 KHS. Actually, she was using a wrong, unfavourable exchange rate.

Pros:

The breakfast was okay and the location was convenient - very close to Voi town and sorroundings. The staff are friendly and facility is clean.

Cons:

Limited selection at breakfast especially to someone who prefers healthier options. The Wifi quality & speed can be improved especially at the rooms.

Breakfast was good. The buffet had decent variety and there was a chef present to make egg to your preference. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The shower was cold. The wait when food was ordered was too long. Pillows were not comfortable.

Great Stopover to Mombasa
Pros:

The staff are wonderful, always saying hi from the lady at the gate to the waiters. Lovely people they are.

Cons:

There were a lot of insects, might be the season I travelled but it was nothing within the control of the hotel.
