Great hotel
Pros:

Clean and tidy hotel with pleasant staff.
Bed was extremely comfortable.
Room contained hairdryer, hair straighteners and phone changer. Normal necessities such as shampoo, bodywash, conditioner and towels were provided.
Bottled water was available, and they had further in reception, aswell as a noodle station.
They also had a laundrette which a staff member went out of his way to show us how to use.
Good location- a short walk to some markets, train and bus stations but also quieter than the main square.

Cons:

Toilets were very loud when flushing which can wake up light sleepers if you use it in the night. (Autoflush).

No frills hotel with kind staff and great location
Pros:

Great location and super kind staff. They’re helpful and accommodated my early check in with a small fee, and helped with my bags to boot. It’s a perfect space for folks who tend to stay out most of the day and need a simple straight forward accommodation to stay at

Cons:

The room is a tad smaller than what I saw in pictures and I did feel the need to open the window to air it out when I first arrived. Additionally the bathtub set up meant that the water easily got out the tub which was inconvenient

Excellent place to stay with great access to food markets and major landmarks.
Pros:

The room was clean and exactly as advertised. Slippers and robes were provided. Located near the major palaces and so it was great for tourists.

Cons:

Parts of the hotel were somewhat rundown, and the first towel I received was dirty, but they were all spotless after that.

La ubicación es excepcional: en el centro, pero en una calle sin bullicio. El personal fue muy amable y servicial.

Cons:

Esperaba más de la habitación por las fotos que había visto; me pareció que estaba un poco anticuada y descuidada. Había algunos desconchones en la pared, la puerta del baño no cerraba del todo, salía agua de debajo del váter y era imposible ducharse sin bañar el suelo. De hecho, el “plato” o “bañera” de ducha estaba también lleno de picotazos y crujía al andar sobre ella.

A plush, comfortable and generous room to rest and unwind.
Pros:

The room feels luxurious. The marble look, large bed, and generous bathroom made for a very comfortable stay. Our room was nice and clean upon checking in. Robes provided for lounging and relaxing. Nice and peaceful at night despite being in a busy area. A huge TV in the room - you can log in to your Netflix/Youtube accounts to watch and unwind after a long day. It’s close to a shopping street and train station. There’s a convenience store right next door to the entrance, which is very helpful. Great laundry facilities (good quality washer and drier). Front desk was very helpful with any requests we had.

Cons:

Because there is some construction in the area (late 2025), the immediate surrounds are not the most charming. The light switch panel is a little noisy / inconvenient. The entrance / foyer is not as nicely decorated as the rooms are - maybe that’s a good thing, though!

El personal muy amable, la ubicación excelente, podías ir andando a muchos lugares conocidos, lavandería también fabulosa

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña, sin armarios para poder guardar la ropa ( estuvimos 7 días ) y el baño era enorme pero como el desagüe era directo al suelo , se llenaba de agua y no podías usarlo después de ducharte

Pros:

Ho apprezzato molto la posizione dell’hotel e il recente rinnovamento del mobilio. È vero che la struttura non offre colazione né un ristorante interno, ma per chi viaggia dall’estero e cerca un alloggio pulito, in una zona tranquilla e funzionale, è una soluzione più che adeguata. La camera era calda e il bagno, con doccia, confortevole.

Cons:

L’esterno é poco invitante, un pó confuso e poco accogliente.
