Cons:

Não utilizei o estacionamento. Apenas encostei na vaga para tirar as malas e deixar minhas esposa e filho. Sai e quando retornei o carro ficou na rua, porém no dia de ir embora me cobraram 50,00 reais de estacionamento. Simplismente ridículo isso.

Que a área da piscina fecha as 22 horas e só abre as 09 do outro dia, porque queríamos ficar la na sacada vendo a vista e também acordamos cedo e queiramos ir toma chimarrão na área e nao dava porque tava fechada. Tirando isso o restante tudo maravilhoso,
