Experiência excelente, me senti em casa
Pros:

O lugar é excelente! A anfitriã foi uma pessoa muito cuidadosa e atenciosa. O apartamento é muito confortável, tudo foi entregue impecável, desde a limpeza até as toalhas e móveis! A localização é excelente na Barra, principalmente próximo a Farmasi Arena e parque olímpico. Sem dúvidas a acomodação superou todas as minhas expectativas. Realmente um lugar muito gostoso para ficar e descansar! Voltarei mais vezes, superou minhas expectativas pela primeira vez no Rio. Tudo muito aconchegante e maravilhoso. Adorei! Agradeço demais a Angelina por toda atenção prestada e nos vemos em breve!

Perfeita para curtos temporadas.
Pros:

O contato com a proprietária é rápido e eficiente. Segurança plena na área. Estacionamento dentro do prédio. Acesso rápido à praia e aos shoppings. O loft estava impecavelmente limpo, com toalhas em excelente estado. Para estadias de curtíssima temporada, creio ser uma ótima opção. Retorno sem probemas!

Cons:

Booked two separate rooms for me and a opposite sex colleague. When I arrived, there was only one room. They offered an inflatable bed, but I needed a second room for my colleague to sleep in.

Instead of making the hosts pay to relocate me I accepted that they would refund some of the money, normal response from both sides and a fair deal for both sides. My colleague stayed with family and we just accepted we would have to pay for some extra Ubers, which the agreed refund would have partially covered. They advised I would need to go through booking.com as I paid directly with booking.com, absolutely fair.

After they spoke with booking.com they just offered me the inflatable bed again. I refused it for the second time, they offered nothing.

Absolutely not worth it for one room.

Also the area is only really accesible via car so if you don't have one expect to walk long distances without shade or take long Uber rides. Absolutely unimpressed, I should have just had them pay extra and relocate me to a more expensive two bedroom apartment. I saved them 100 EUR by not demanding a new booking, and they cheaped out by not offering the partial refund they agreed to when we spoke. Odd business decision but okay...
