Regreso, muchas cosas me gustaron, comenzando por el trato de la persona a cargo, se esfuerzo y disfruta el servir a sus huéspedes. Por el precio, un buen balance para el cliente.


La disponibilidad de productos para el baño, mejor surtido que en mi casa, también accesible con medicamentos de emergencia. Disponibilidad para la cocina y utensilios, una nevera pequeña en la habitación con productos de primera mano para desayunar o merendar, y todo incluido con el precio del hospedaje.Un baño compartido que siempre estuvo disponible.

A pasos de la estación del tren de la 104 st. De tarde y noche, seguro para caminar. Cerca de restaurantes y cafetería, para todos los gustos y presupuestos.

Cons:

Es mi primera vez compartiendo baño, fue un poco extraño.

Pros:

Cynthia the host was very friendly and hospitable.
The room had everything I needed, including a mini fridge with some complementary food. The location was convenient as well, as there is a direct J train to Manhattan 2-3 minutes away.

Simple, practical and effective
Pros:

Facilities are as explained in the advertisement. Nothing fancy but practical and effective for a solo traveller or couple. Host is super nice and availability of snacks, cold/hot drinks and fruits is indeed very helpful. Its clean and provides good yet slightly longer commute to the central city. Its well connected. I shall have no hesitation to book again and wishing the management all the very best.

Cons:

Nothing when compared against the cost. Just a thought: would it be possible to have access to onetime sandle/flipflop for the internal use.
