Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.q

Cons:

Das Hotel ist völlig überaltert. Wasserhahn defekt, Alte Möbel. Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist Massenabfertigung. Ein sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das schlechteste, dass ich je in Asien hatte.

L'hôtel était très bien, on voyait le Mékong depuis la chambre et le temple à côté est magnifique

Cons:

Mais pas de possibilité de louer un scooter. Pas de possibilité d'avoir un Grab
Donc comme la ville est banale, juste une étape.

Good all round hotel for short stay accommodation. Very close to the river.
Pros:

Stayed here previously while visiting my wife Thai sister. Location is good with the hotel just across the road from the Mekhong River. Few eating places within walking distance.
Nice balcony to sit on during the evening.
Staff friendly though there is a lack of English. For me that wasn't a issue as I know Thai enough and also have a Thai wife.
Room is basic but it has everything you need for a stay. Go to a local 7 11 to get snacks and drinks to go in the room mini fridge.
Previously when I stayed there was issues finding a parking space but this time no problem.
For me the only negative was staying in a room on top floor navigating 2 flights of stairs with arthritis in both hips with no lift. I wanted a good view so top floor it was so just put up with the stairs. Reception carried the bags up on arrival and the room maids help carry them down on checkout.
Overall good all round hotel.

Cons:

Just the lack of a lift. Most people this wouldnt be a issue.
