I’ll start by saying that my husband and I have travelled to several countries and stayed in various accommodations. Wifi did not work at all in the room. We were given one small roll of toilet paper for 3 days stay, no housekeeping and I mean none so absolutely no new towels. We usually use them 2 days in a row but not option for fresh ones on our third day.

Right in the middle of everything but still mostly quiet, nice staff, laundry right next door, affordable

Cons:

The bathroom. Water doesn't get very warm and the water pressure is not good. A bit of a tight space for the toilet

Cons:

Bettwanzen im Zimmer! Zimmer war außerdem direkt neben der Küche; wenn man das Fenster öffnete, öffnete man es quasi in die Küche. Deshalb öffnet wohl niemand das Fenster, weshalb das Zimmer muffig und etwas feucht war

La ubicación a 1 cuadra del parque central y que guardan el equipaje antes y después, la habitación cómoda 😊

Cons:

Que solo ponen un rollo de papel aun cuando son 3 personas y el poncho tenía una pestaña postiza pegada, quizá se debe mejorar un poco la higiene en eso

Lugar adecuado, si solo estarás en la habitación para dormir.
Pros:

La ubicación fue lo mejor, ya que se encontraba muy cerca del parque central de Antigua, por lo que fácilmente se puede movilizar a los sitios de mayor interés.

Cons:

Aunque es una habitación familiar, es poco el espacio que se tiene. La habitación no tenía ventanas de vidrio, sino solamente un par de pequeñas puertecitas (haciendo de ventanas) que daban al patio. El baño pequeño, no tenía jabón, así que lo solicitamos, pero nos dieron solo dos barritas para 5 personas que éramos.
Aunque en Booking se indicaba la opción de desayuno por un precio adicional, en realidad esta opción no se tiene.

Pros:

The location is great, just step outside the door & you are in the heart of Antigua. The staff are really friendly & helpful & it is good value for money.

Cons:

It's a little noisy, with the bar/restaurant right outside of the bedrooms.

Situación inmejorable a precio razonable
Pros:

Hotel muy bien decorado con un patio central , que funciona de noche como restaurante , si bien a las 22.00 respetan el descanso del viajero , lo que no supone ningún problema de ruido . Habitaciones y baños amplios y equipados con todo lo necesario para la higiene diaria . Cama muy cómoda . Limpio

Great location, great for a short visit to Antigua
Pros:

Great location, I'd stayed a little further out on my last visit so it was nice to be so close to everything this time. A nice comfortable private room. WiFi was good. Staff were friendly. There's a tour desk if you need to book any transfers or tours.

Cons:

It was great for a couple of days. My window faced onto the communal dining area so I had to keep my curtain closed for privacy.
