On a separate instance, the room was entered during a 20-minute window while I was temporarily away. The management failed to uphold standard privacy policies and provided inconsistent explanations regarding staff entry.

The location of the hotel was ok, The people attending ok, but the cleanness of the rooms very bad we found the floors very dirty with hair and dust everywhere, the sheets stained with what looked like blood, the rooms smelled bad and very noisy at night.

I recommend to anyone that’s spending a couple of days in Maywood CA
Pros:

When I needed the most I found this place and it felt like home for 2 weeks. I was abandoned by my fiance and he left me with nothing, not even a place to live. This amazing couple that runs the hotel were nice, sweet, sensitive to my condition and made me feel at home, I will be forever thankful, you guys made me believe that maybe there’s still hope on people. Despite that, hotel is clean, room is spacious, bathroom looks brand new, spacious and 10/10. They have microwaves, mini fridges and tvs at all rooms and everything functions pretty well

Cons:

Some of the other customers don’t respect hotel rules and staff. You all need to understand that as far as it feels like home it’s not your home. Respect the staff, hotel rules.

Room was filthy, there were roaches crawling up the walls behind bed and in shower. The towels provided were not only off white but had huge dirt stains on them like if the floor had been mopped up with them and just folded up and placed up on the rack. Management were acting strange just watching everytime i would go in or out my room from the room across the hall. 0/10 would not recommend
