Small room, no working air conditioner

The front desk staff was nice in trying to handle the problems

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work. They said they were working on it but were not sure if it would get fixed. We told them we could not stay without air conditioning and checked out. They did refund the money

Pros:

The staff was so friendly, and I loved the free coffee, lemonade, and popcorn in the lobby. It was also great having a huge refrigerator and basic kitchenware so we could have breakfast at the hotel.

Cons:

It's a bit of a walk from the station, and you have to take the subway to get to the National Mall.

The location is great in downtown, the stuff was helpfull. Plenty restaurants and cafes are around. 25-30 min walking to most local most sees.

Pros:

Great location. Room were very spacious. Great amenities. We were here during Ramadan and halal food is available nearby. Had a wonderful stay here.

Cons:

The approach and attitude of the lady at the reception counter could be further enhanced and improved. Being nonchalant to customers is not welcome.
