Excelente opção para famílias com crianças
Pros:

Infraestrutura para famílias (quarto amplo e mini cozinha, com microondas, fogão, geladeira grande, máquina de lavar louça etc.), cordialidade da equipe de funcionários (sem exceção) e localização (próximo à Casa Branca, a pé; estação de metrô a uns 8 min, a pé; opções de alimentação no entorno etc.). O hotel oferece gratuitamente 24hs, no lobby, café, chocolate quente, limonada e pipoca.

Cons:

O colchão poderia ser um pouco mais duro, mas isso é uma questão de gosto pessoal. A máquina de lavar roupas para uso dos hóspedes só funciona via App CSCPay Mobile, mas com número de telefone brasileiro é impossível realizar cadastro nesse Apo (envio do código de confirmação via SMS). Embaixo do hotel há um bar/restaurante que faz um pouco de barulho aos sábados (pessoas acabam ficando na calçada, conversando), o que atrapalha um pouco quem gosta de dormir cedo, mas não chega a impedir o sono (e o barulho termina por volta das 1 am).

Lo único malo que tengo para decir es que sonó varias veces la alarma de incendio sin ningún motivo. En una ocasión muy temprano a la mañana nos despertó

Will not rebook in the future
Pros:

The location is very central, everything is close by, that was great. Having a nice kitchenette with the fridge was nice. The bathroom had a cool mirror feature that you can listen to music from.

Cons:

When we came into the room, the main mirror had gross splatters on it. The overall lighting of the place was dim. Not enough light anywhere including the bathroom. I came for work and getting ready is important. The staff reached out saying they’d clean and bring an extra lamp but this was no longer needed as I responded when I was at work. It was like getting ready in a basement with all of the lights on even by the window. We also asked to be put away from the elevators, as we are light sleepers we needed quiet. The request was granted, they put us in a corner room next to a utility closet, where the cleaning staff were yelling from one to another, early in the morning on a Sunday when we wanted to sleep in. I heard all of the commotion through ear plugs. The bed is so so but the pillows are absolutely horrible. Totally flat pillows, not comfortable bedding - duvet was also flat. The shower takes a good 5-10 mins of running water to warm up. I would not recommend this hotel and do more research to stay elsewhere

Overall our stay was good. We would stay again.
Pros:

The room was very spacious. We loved having a kitchen area. The cleaning staff cleaned our room daily and provided fresh towels. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The snacks in the lobby (popcorn and tea/coffee/hot cocoa) were a plus as well.

Cons:

The walls were paper thin and we could hear our neighbors, sometimes at late hours in the morning.

Kon niet beter wat ons betreft.
Pros:

Erg goede locatie, ook irt aankomst op Dulles. Je pakt Silver Line stapt uit bij Farragut West en dan nog 4m lopen. Witte huis op loopafstand. Hele dag koffie/thee en limonade, en popcorn mogelijkheid in lobby. En tussen 17-18 uur gratis wijn in lobby. Ruime kamer, erg fijn was de kitchenette ivm ontbijten. Huurfietsen vlak naast hotel 👍🏻.

Alles erg goed.

Pros:

Le personnel très sympathique et efficace. Chambre bien faite tous les jours.

Cons:

2 fois des jeunes ont loué une chambre sur 11 jours, à plusieurs et se sont éclatés. Il a fallu le signaler. 1 ascenseur en panne sur les 2 tout le long du séjour

The room was great but no chair made it uncomfortable to spend time in during the daytime.
Pros:

They had a place to eat in basement but I had a kitchen so walked to Whole Foods for groceries. They are 15 min walk to several areas so no need to take public transportation . The staff was great. The room was large ,clean ,and had a kitchen area.

Cons:

The King room did not have a sitting/reading chair. it had two uncomfortable high metal chairs at counter (no cushion) and a desk chair at the desk. So to have such a large room that looked good it made you not want to spend extra time there because there was no real chair to sit in and watch tv or read.
