The place is located 15 km from Chennai airport, not 7.
The building doesn't show Oyo, it is old, the photo on booking.com is fake.
I arrived around midnight, nobody. I call, the person said no room for me.
So I had to pay taxi to come to hotel, taxi to find another hotel, and the other hotel. All this in the middle of the night after long travel.
This is not acceptable at all.
Also, when you book on booking.com, you receive an email from Oyo asking for money transfer to guarantee your booking. I bet your money is never refunded...
