very pretty location, nice view
we decided to leave because we had a baby with us and we needed a more private place
Very comfy beds, nice view
Bathroom was not private as it was written, it was shared. The weather was ok so it was good to sleep but if it is colder then keep in mind there is no heating. Rooms small and you can hear a snoring neighbour. Also quite hard to get to the place.
nice hosts, beautiful view, comfortable bed
You should be aware that the accommodation here is essentially a wooden/bamboo house on stilts. The rooms are separated by a thin sheet of plywood and there are gaps around the doors and windows. This means there is zero sound proofing, and you hear everything. Every whisper your neighbours make, or what they are listening to in their phones, or the neighbourhood dogs barking etc etc you hear it all. It's not that it's a noisy place, it is on the outskirts of the village, but as I say, you hear everything. Felt a bit like camping.
This is a hidden gem in Du Gia. We had the bungalow with the most amazing view over the valley. It was so much better than we had expected. The best stay during our Ha Giang loop tour. The family was sweet and welcoming, and cooked delicious meals for us. The bungalow was super clean and the bed comfortable. Everything was amazing, a beautiful place, absolutely recommended.
Just a recommendation for the bedsheets, if they could be made with natural fibers.
Very sweet staff, and nice location.
The view is stunning
The staff was really not nice to us
Lots of insects but we are in nature
The location is the best. Most scenic, we stayed across few homestay in the Ha Giang loop and this was the most scenic and peaceful. If you happened to stay at the same time as other easy rider group, then in evening until 10pm or so, you will have to bear the Karaoke. The staff is very nice and accommodates all request.
Nothing
Really enjoyed our night here, rooms are simple, but super comfortable, with an amazing view over the village and the rice fields. The family who runs the place are very friendly and they prepared dinner for us and the other guests, which was delish!
The food looked amazing!
I didn't like paying 120k for my food and then to be seated with 6 other people sharing it. I brought something special and had it cooked and the host put it on the table for everyone putting me in an awkward position were I couldn't tell everyone no... The water pressure is the worst in Vietnam and after a long ride the only thing I hoped for was a decent shower. But I was reminded of being back in the Army, in the middle of nowhere.
High recommend!
Loved this place so much we extended another night to explore. Lovely area and the staff were great and cooked us a delicious dinner
