Pros:

The staff is very nice! There is a lift too. The bed is made daily. Great big room. The location is top.

Cons:

Our worst stay in Vietnam in years. No sound proofing whatsoever- the street is so loud you can only sleep between 2 and 6am. Hot water was absent for 2 days. Shower overflowing into bathroom. Toilet uncomfortably raised. The lighting throughout the room is poor, and the mattress and pillows are so hard you better not turn and twist. The mini fridge leaked into a deep puddle. And the floor was always dirty. And the curtains don't cover all of the light so you need an eye mask.

We liked the location. Booked the triple room to relax before taking the night train. The only new thing about the hotel
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

Super old, broken things, didn’t seem clean, triple room extremely loud with exhaust from hotel (?kitchen?) directly on front door that was loud all the time and never stopped.

Pros:

The staff were very polite and it was in a great location where we could walk everywhere. Very busy due to Tet New year.

Pros:

Room 508 was clean and looked recently updated, with a new bed and AC, but the bathroom completely let it down. The shower pressure was terrible and there was an unpleasant smell.

The room is spacious but poorly ventilated. There is no wardrobe, one of the light bulbs doesn’t work, the room smells damp and musty, and the mattress cover is old.

Pros:

Great location, spacious rooms. Situated in a less noisy area but it remains close enough for convenient access to key attractions.

Also, we were impressed with the service provided by the receptionist. He was very helpful and good at speaking english. He helped us booked a grab ride, and even went with one of us to the main road to look for taxis since most grab drivers cancelled our booking. Thanks to him we made it on time for our scheduled bus ride.
