Phòng siêu ồn từ giao thông bên ngoài. Phòng tắm là kinh khủng nhất, lỗ thoát nước bị tắc. Tắm xong là nhà vệ sinh thành hồ bơi.

The mattress and the pillows were extremely hard. Linen and towels were visibly worn out. The worst was the bathroom (see attached photos): the basin has been leaking on the floor throughout the 4 nights we have been there. Staff said three times they had fixed it; however, as soon as we opened the tap, water was leaking on the floor. The door frame was partly missing; the window door frame and sill were like they were under construction; the outside of the shower arm was broken (and, however, it did not work); the flush toilet button was partly broken and rusty all over.
The reception was very often unattended, and we had to wait a long time to get someone. The staff spoke barely any English and was not helpful with tours or other information. He barely said hello. The hotel is listed as a three star. But it lacks the basics for welcoming paying guests with dignity

Considering the price compared to typical standards in Vietnam, we expected a more modern and updated hotel. The property overall feels like it has stayed in the past and could benefit from renovation.
The room also looked quite old, and unfortunately it wasn’t as clean as we would have expected. Housekeeping could definitely be more thorough.
There was noticeable noise from outside, so you could hear the street through the windows. It didn’t disturb our sleep too much, but if you are a very light sleeper, it’s something to keep in mind.
The biggest downside was the extremely weak water pressure in the shower. It was so low that taking a proper shower was quite difficult and uncomfortable.

Our worst stay in Vietnam in years. No sound proofing whatsoever- the street is so loud you can only sleep between 2 and 6am. Hot water was absent for 2 days. Shower overflowing into bathroom. Toilet uncomfortably raised. The lighting throughout the room is poor, and the mattress and pillows are so hard you better not turn and twist. The mini fridge leaked into a deep puddle. And the floor was always dirty. And the curtains don't cover all of the light so you need an eye mask.

Super old, broken things, didn’t seem clean, triple room extremely loud with exhaust from hotel (?kitchen?) directly on front door that was loud all the time and never stopped.
