For me the bed was a bit hard. Traffic noise was acceptable at the back of the building. For some the front stairs may be an issue, but there is a lift.
If you ever go to Hanoi consider staying in Victoria hotel. I’d recommend this place to anyone. That’s such a lovely place and the best offer out there money/value wise.
Everything was great. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Everything is brand new. Rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is helpful, passionate and always try to do anything they can to make things better for you.
The guy who works night shifts Nguyễn is a true legend. He became my friend while I was there. He helped me a lot. I had a problem with my tooth I had canal treatment on due to being weak i had a small piece of it chipped while biting on some hard food. Nguyễn made sure to find a not expensive dentist, schedule an appointment and drive me there. He also helped me save a lot of money on a new luggage suitcase that he ordered for me using his discount instead of getting one in a shop where it was twice the price. I really appreciate this man and I’m glad I chose this hotel. I would definitely go to Victoria whenever I’m in Hanoi.
Kinda quiet room
We could have been warned that the consumption in the room is not free of charge. The bathroom needs renovation. Also the hotel allows smooking so be aware of the smeel that might be there.
