スマートチェックインとは？
Pros:

割と空室があったこと…くらい。

Cons:

スタッフの対応でスマートチェックインでQRコード読み取れば記入も全てしないで確認で済むはずが、全て記入を求められました。隣の受付スタッフは住所も都道府県までとか簡略化されていたので、モヤモヤしながら受付しました。スタッフにより対応が変わるという現実を見てがっかりしました。タブレットを用意してQRコード読み取れば済むという点に魅力を感じたのに本当に残念でした。
また、館内で飲食出来ない。カプセル室内では、ファンが終始鳴り響いて寝落ちするまでに時間がかかりました。物音がなくなる時間帯に出くわすか完全にアイマスクと耳栓を用意して泊まらないとダメだった。

荷物の件だけ、納得いかなかったです。
Pros:

中部国際空港内のカプセルホテルだったので、名古屋駅まで戻ってカプセルホテルに泊まるよりは移動の料金分上乗せしても割が合うと思って泊まりました。

Cons:

以前に泊まった時は宿泊前に荷物を預かってくれたけど、今回は17時からしか預けられないと言われて、ライブ(愛知県国際展示場で開催)中はコインロッカーを800円で利用しました。
公式のホールページには15時からは預けられると有ったけど、「時間が変わりました。ホームページはまだ、直して無くていつまでに直すか分かりません。」と言われて、納得出来ませんでした。

スーツケースが預けられないなら、名古屋駅で預けて泊まりも名古屋駅でも良かったのに、公式ホームページは早めに直してください。

早朝出発だったので交通利便性を優先したのでまぁ良しとします。

十分に満足でした。
Pros:

中部国際空港の1階にあり、利便性が高い点。近くのエレベーターを上がれば、すぐに出発ロビーに辿り着ける点。ロッカーも大きめで158cm四方以下のスーツケースであれば、保管できる点。全体的に掃除が行き届いており清潔であった点

Cons:

ロッカーにタオルが置いてあると記載があったが、ロッカーには備え付けられておらず、フロントに言わないとなかった点

Pros:

The location is just in terminal 1, so it's really convenient to get the early flight. The environment is clean although a little noisy. Definitely a budget choice.
