Cons:

The staff! Examples 1) They charged us for water, when we were initially told it was free. 2) They were finding excuses for us to give them tips. 3) When we wanted to book a taxi, they asked us for twice the rate we ended up paying to a taxi agency (this without even having to haggle with the agency). Furthermore, the water in the shower was cold. When we complained, the switched the water heater on and we had to wait 20 minutes to take a warm shower.

Pros:

A combination of excellent polite, attentive & helpful staff, (particularly ever smiling restaurant persons Rohit, Anil Maurya and Rahul) neat & clean rooms and good location. Even the shef Mr. Sanjay was kind enough to come out & speak with us about making the superb Moongdal Halwa.
With the entire hotel staff customer oriented it was a pleasure staying and eating at the hotel.

Cons:

Sorry nothing to complain about, in fact everything expected was met with smile.

Pros:

We had dinner almost every day at room, food was good. We ordered different cuisines and almost everything was great. Breakfast was included, however, I would be happy if they introduce few more options. Location was awesome for me given it was not far from my ancestral home and around hotel there was everything food joints and all sort of brand showrooms

Cons:

Bathroom could be renovated and could be better. No problem with cleanliness though.
