全社員参加の運営に もてなされるホテル
Pros:

テナントじゃ無く、自前のショップである事。
事務方も参画しての運営に驚きでした。
食事も美味しく頂けたし無料の飲み物提供するなど宿泊者をもてなしたいという思いが、あちこちで感じられる施設でした。

Cons:

施設の老朽化は否めない。
が、部分的なリニューアルで不可とするほどの物では無い。 喫煙所は吸殻の溜まり具合から見て目が届いていないようです。

Pros:

朝食が時間帯ごとに予約できたので、同じ時間に人が多くなりすぎなかったこと。
スタッフの方も積極的にあれこれ声かけしてくださいました。
そして、何と言っても観光であちこち回るには場所がいいです。

Cons:

部屋数が多いのでやむを得ないのですが、エレベーターが全然来ない。来ても満員で乗れない。部屋が10階だったので階段で行くわけにもいかず、風呂も食事もチェックアウトも、エレベーターを待ちました…。お風呂やレストランの混雑状況がわかるようになっているのは便利ですが、夜は特にお風呂が大混雑します。子どもがいたので仕方なく混雑時間に行ったのですが、やはりいっぱいで、洗い場で順番待ちをしなければなりませんでした。
でも、季節や近隣のイベント状況によって違うのかもしれないし、マンションに住んでいる人には気にならないことかもしれません。。
