ホテルからシャトルバスが出ていてとても便利だった

前回来た時ポートタワーが改装中で見られず
今回は雨でポートタワーやモザイクの夜景を見るのも諦めていたけどシャトルバスの運転手さんが見れる道を走ってくれて
温かい気遣いが本当にありがたかったので
神戸に来たら必ず泊まろうと思いました

朝食も美味しく大変満足しました

ビュッフェの種類が多く、なくなっても補充がわりと早かったところ。
お風呂は夜は混雑していたが、混雑具合がHPでわかるのでずらして入れたのでよかった。
シャンプーバーが楽しかった。

Cons:

トイレでスリッパを履き替えないといけないところが、高齢者には危険だった。
身体障害者手帳で駐車場の割引があればもっとよかった。
