Pros:

ビュッフェの種類が多く、なくなっても補充がわりと早かったところ。
お風呂は夜は混雑していたが、混雑具合がHPでわかるのでずらして入れたのでよかった。
シャンプーバーが楽しかった。

Cons:

トイレでスリッパを履き替えないといけないところが、高齢者には危険だった。
身体障害者手帳で駐車場の割引があればもっとよかった。

Pros:

和室にベッドがあるので、小さい子ども連れにはとても有難い。
大浴場にベビーバスベッドがあるのは有り難かった。大浴場もきれいでよかった。ペットボトルの水をサービスでいただけるのもよかった。
朝ごはんも工夫されていて美味しかった。納豆の味は自分にはイマイチでした。大人はよかったのですがもう少し、小さい子どもが喜ぶおかずや楽しめるものがあれば、とは思いました。
大浴場隣りのマンガ等のコーナーは良かったです。

Cons:

チェックインが遅いとジムやラウンジ施設の利用時間に間に合わないため、人員の問題があるとは思いますがせっかくあるジムなどの開放時間の見直しをお願いできれば嬉しいです。
bookingとの兼ね合いだと思うが、４名で探して部屋を予約してみると大人２名での予約になっており、どこでどう間違えたのかが不明でした。泊まれたのでよかったのですが自分のミスかもしれませんが改善いただけると安心します。また、こちらから問い合わせずとも、駐車場利用者について、の一文があると嬉しいです。
