Very clean, quiet mini apartment with a comfortable bed. I did not use the kitchen, but there was a small kitchen available. On the first night, I had a small issue with my room; the staff immediately changed the room, and I was very happy with the second one. I stayed for three nights. The location was great for me because I was there for work and my conference was nearby. There was a busy shopping area close by, lots of restaurants, both simple and elegant. I enjoyed staying here.

Si tratta di un piccolo condominio ristrutturato che affitta appartamenti di varia metratura, tutti estremamente puliti, perfetti per visitare in autonomia Istanbul. Presenza di un comodo ascensore. Per avere il cambio di asciugamani e il riassetto dell'appartamento occorre lasciare fuori dalla porta l'apposito cartoncino, altrimenti non entrerà nessuno. Disponibili pentole, piatti, bollitore, teiera, caffettiera (turca) bicchieri, postate. Attenzione: non vengono forniti accessori quali spugne, detersivi per piatti, tovaglioli, olio, sale, tè o caffè, occorre pertanto recarsi al vicino supermercato, potete comunque chiedere informazioni alla reception.
Zona con ampia presenza di negozi di tutti i tipi: a 600 metri si trovano le fermate della metro M2 Sisli e di diverse linee di autobus. comodi per poter esplorare anche angoli di Istanbul non serviti dalla metro.
Non tutti i membri dello staff parlano inglese e questo è l'unico problema riscontrato durante il mio soggiorno, facilmente superabile grazie alla presenza del wifi e google translate.
Le finestre non riescono a isolare del tutto l'appartamento dai forti rumori provenienti dalla strada, fortunatamente di notte non è molto trafficata (clacson, persone che urlano, camion in retromarcia).
Die Lage war sehr gut, ein mal um die Ecke im Zentrum. Um Einzukaufen oder etwas Gutes zum Essen. Oder ein Taxi oder Bus zu nehmen. André Sachen An zu Schauen.

- Very clean apartment
- High speed internet (I mean around 100 MBit/s, which is high considering infra of city)
- Great amenities in the room, like a TV, stove top, fridge, washing machine (and drying rack), kettle and utensils.
- Nearby drivers don't hesitate to use their car's honk towards the end of work hours (5 pm to 7 pm)
- The apartment had small imperfections like wooden doors were getting separated from the wall
- There was a power socket right behind the water tap in kitchen, I would move that socket to another location if I can, or add a protective cover to prevent electrical injuries, just in case.
- There were no coat hanger in the entrance of the apartment. The cabinet in the bedroom was not so big. So I had to fold my coat and place it in the cabinet, or just place it on top of my luggage.
- Room had kitchen utensils but were missing a few things like cutting board and mugs (for hot drinks). For me utensils were more than enough though, I didn't use many of them.
إقامة رائعة جداً واجمل مافيها تعامل الموظفين في الاستقبال وتجاوبهم السريع وخدمتهم الراقية مما سهل لنا كثير من الأشياء ونخص بالشكر جميع موظفي الاستقبال ومنهم الأخت يسرى والأخ الآخر الذي تواجد اثناء إقامتنا للاسف لم استطع أن احفظ اسمه

موقع الشقة كان جيد و تتطابق مع الصور في حي جميل كما ان عمال الاستقبال موجودين داءما للمساعدة خصوصا يسرى التي ساعدتنا حتى في إيجاد توصيل إلى المطار في وقت مبكر جدا من الصباح كما إنها نصحتنا و ردت على كل طلباتنا عن جد راءعة .شكرا جزيلا
