Modern and clean. Very nice spa area
Room was nice, breakfast was nice when someone finally took an order
When we arrived there were no parking spaces. Very busy, mentioned about holding a space but the women had no idea when we arrived. Ended up parking down a side street and walking up in the rain. Nobody to show us where to go just got given the key. When we finally found it the room was nice. The next morning when we came down for breakfast we were told to look for an empty table rather than be seated and then we waited for 40 minutes to be spoken to about our order. Once we ordered we waited a further 20 minutes and by the time we had breakfast it was nearly checkout time so we had to rush. The food was barely warm either. We expected better service.
A very friendly hotel, and all staff made you feel very welcome
Only one thing. The cups in the bedroom were too small, similar to ones for breakfast would have been better
I stay in 100+ hotels per year with work in the UK and St Michael's Resort is definitely one of my favourites. You get a premium room/ facilities for a budget hotel price. The staff are beyond professional and are a credit to the establishment. Will definitely be booking again when I'm in the area and will advise my colleagues to do the same.
Nothing to dislike
The breakfast was excellent, a good variety.
Enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely be coming again.
Best place to stay in Cornwall
Been there 4 times can't beat it
Nothing
Great hotel and location with a welcoming vibe.
It was a lovely stay and great room but the shower really let the stay down, the pressure was really weak to the point it trickled out at first and then stayed to kick in a little bit, very low pressure just made showering not enjoyable, I like staying at at 4/5 star hotel and having a great room and shower it was a little bit difficult to wash shampoo out of my hair
Location, layout but all the staff really made it for me.
No complaints at all
Excellent staff, very clean & delicious food
Nice friendly hotel. Staff very accommodating and food was great. Thermal spa was a great experience.
The service in the restaurant was slow at times but the food was always great.
Advised the hotel it was a 50th birthday treat and though hubby may have been offered a complimentary drink but recieved a card. I thought for the cost of the stay this would of been a nice gesture.
The perfect place to escape for some R&R
