Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr freundlicher Service, super Lage, tolles Frühstück. Während unserer Rundreise haben wir den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel um weitere zwei Tage verlängert. Sehr angenehmes Ambiente und Publikum.
Good looking resort, and great service. Good location right next to one of the best beaches in the area, but some very basic elements are overlooked/missing
- No safe in the room!
- No full length mirror!
- No beach towels or baskets (2 mins walk from the beach)
- No tissues or toiletries around the pool / health club
- No cupholders for toothbrushes etc
- Room telephone not working
- Patchy WiFi. Could use extenders / mesh

Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Car parking was limited.
The hotel was lovely and staff were very accommodating with a smile on their faces.
No air conditioning in our room, it was very hot and sleep difficult. Also the menu should be changed in the restaurants, we stayed four nights and it didn’t change.

The cooked breakfast was very poor; the selection was limited, the food had been on display for a long time and was very unappetising, and the coffee machine kept failing every morning.
The housekeeping didn’t empty the bins or replenish the water daily and there was no fridge so the milk un refrigerated, and the tea choice was limited.
The furniture was dated.

Das Essen im Restaurant Nourish war sehr gut. Wir hatten nach einem upgrade eine Spa Lodge. Wunderschön!!!
Die Zimmer im Haupthaus sind leider nicht so schön. Die Ausstattung ist ok. Es gibt aber keine Klimaanlage und es war sehr warm in den Zimmern.

Ein paar mehr Liegen bei den Pools wären toll!
