We had a pleasant stay there and would come back
Pros:

Great location, food was very good

Cons:

To say we didn’t like it would be unfair. Although brasserie staff was very slow in responding while restaurant and bar staff was excellent.
No air conditioning in the room and the bed was far from comfortable.

Passable Unterkunft, wir hatten wohl das kleinste Zimmer im Hotel.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Zimmer war zu klein, Fenster schmutzig, vor dem Fenster war die Küchenabluftanlage.

Leider das falsche Hotel. Aber eine sehr gute Marketing Crew

Zum Teil schöner Ausblick auf die See. Muss man aber extra buchen und teuer bezahlen.

Cons:

Alkes. Kein vier Sterne Hotel ( vielleicht Standard in England?! ). Zimmer schlichtweg eine Katastrophe. Keine Klima, kein Safe, keine Mini-Bar, keine Bad Accessoires etc.
Bei Anreise Zimmer nicht sauber, Wasser am Waschtisch läuft nicht ab. Dreck und Haare vom Besucher vorher sichtbar. Lüftungsteller total verdreckt und Teppich dreckig.
Bei der Abreise direkt sichtbar ein total schlecht gereinigter Fahrstuhl speziell die Türen einfach eklig.
Totaler Reinfall und überteuert. Die ganze Freude auf einen tollen Urlaub von vorne herein erstickt. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!
Service bemüht. Kein kaltes Wasser möglich und das Essen inclusive Frühstück nicht europäischer Standard. Alles etwas in der Zeit stehen geblieben.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel in Strandnähe.
Pros:

Tolle Lage mit Blick und in Strandnähe, auch nur 15 min zur Innenstadt. Sehr gutes, großes Gym. Schöner Pool, nur zu bestimmten Zeiten für Kinder (bis 16 Jahre) zugänglich- aber auch von externen Gästen fleißig genutzt, daher oft relativ voll, gleiches gilt für den angeschlossenen steam room und Sauna. Bademäntel im Zimmer, Handtücher vor Ort verfügbar. Spa im anderen Gebäude extra kostenpflichtig. Kaffee und Wasser im Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

2 Restaurants, davon ist das hochpreisigere nicht sein Geld wert, schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Insgesamt ist das Gebäude in die Jahre gekommen, teils schmutzig, abgegriffen, renovierungsbedürftig. Der Anspruch des Hotels scheint hoch zu sein, es werden entsprechende Preise aufgerufen, aber den Erwartungen, die dadurch entstehen, wird es sicherlich nicht immer gerecht. Richtet sich offensichtlich an ein sehr solventes Publikum, aber den dafür erforderlichen Standard liefert es eben nicht immer.
Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Keine Traumunterkunft

Der traumhafte Blick.

Cons:

Keine Atmosphäre im Pool. Kaum Ausruhen Möglichkeiten da. Hohe extra Kosten für anderen Spa. Es wurde bei Booking nich explizit erwähnt.
Sehr laut im Zimmer, da das Zimmer neben einer Tür im Korridor lag, die dauernd eröffnet und laut zugeschlagen wurde. Dazu lag es neben einem Kleinen Lagerraum vom Hotel. Da wurde auch dauernd laut gearbeitet.

Nice view and location, a bit removed from city center so was peaceful
Great service, very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

- very limited in the room amenities, no AC, very basic for what the price was
- restaurant and entrance had a very bad odour which we didn’t like, like old mop smell
- at the end of the day we stayed at better value spa hotels in the region, so was disappointed vs expectations

Basically very comfortable
Pros:

Yummy and many choice the breakfast.Nice view at restaurant and walk 5 mins to Gyllyngvase Beach.

Cons:

the spa need extra pay GBP40 then can use the outdoor and indoor massage pool. Our booking should be twins bed room but just can have double bed for us.

Fabulous luxury Spa close to beach
Pros:

Room was much larger than we expected, bed super comfy, excellent bathroom and shower. The hotel generally is really lovely, very welcoming and relaxed. The bar and restaurants (there are two!) areas were superb, and the Spa facilities were outstanding. We had a meal in the bistro on one night, which was really good, and breakfasts were superb. A very short walk down to Gylly beach, which is lovely, and the Gylly Cafe which we ate in as well. Overall, a fabulous place to stay for a few nights!

Cons:

The room we stayed in was on 1st floor, and the room above suffered with really quite creaky floorboards, with early mornings disrupted a little by our vertical neighbours (not their fault!). We raised it with the staff on the desk when we checked out, and they took the issue seriously, and were going to pass it onto their maintenance team.
