Looked and felt calming. The ambience within the property felt welcoming.

Table service at breakfast was poorly managed and on one day non existent. Too few staff on duty and a floor supervisor is needed.

Our first room wasn't quite as we had hoped but as the hotel wasn't fully booked for that weekend the staff quickly changed it for us which was very much appreciated.
Beautiful setting room spacious nice lighting lovely bath and shower
Staff member in reception on our arrival let the hotel down which was around 11.30 which was a shame . Non verbal non smiling just shoved I pad at us to fill in car reg . Massive impact when you arrive
When we finally checked in at 3.30 we had an exceptional greeting v professional 😌 from a different member of staff she was like a breath of fresh air
