A room with a view !
Pros:

Beautiful house at the edge of Echo point .
Stunning view on the canyon
Very friendly staff

Cons:

Only stairs to go to our room. Not convenient with heavy luggage ( fortunately staff helped us)
Reception closed early . Weird in such an hotel.
At such a price we should have better amenities

A perfect place to stay in the Blue Mountains
Pros:

Brilliant location with uninterrupted views of the Blue Mountains. Excellent staff who were a credit to the hotel. Breakfast and evening meal superb

Cons:

Air conditioning struggles to cool the room.

A must to visit again.
Pros:

Proximity to major attractions and hiking in Katoomba and surrounding towns- Mt Victoria, Blackheath, Leura, Wentworth. Lots to do for our three days. Restaurants were outstanding

restaurant gaat vrij op tijd dicht en manager was heel vriendelijk maar ander restaurant (diner) personeel minder helaas. Ontbijt staff superlief

For price I paid, I expected better service, food and bedding.
Pros:

Room was simple and nice overlooking garden. Liked having access to garden with door.

Cons:

Dinner / breakfast very average for price$$$. Bed very old, needs upgrading. Pillows terrible no support. Would preferred to check in at actual hotel not next door Lilianfels. Staff very unhelpful at boutique hotel.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon mit der Sicht zum Cliff. Wunderschön. Die Personal waren sehr freundlich und das kleine Restaurant da oben war auch sehr fein . Der Frühstück a la card war sehr gut. Aber zwei nicht sehr kleine Sachen hat mich gestört: 1: es gibt zwei Sorte Kaffeekapseln, man weißt nicht, welche ist mit Kaffein welche ohne. Man muss die Rezeption fragen. Warum nicht ein Zetteln dabei ? 2 der Duschkopf ist ganz komisch, kein Mensch kann sich duschen, ohne den Duschkopf mit einer Hand fest zu halten. Sehr umständlich. Man kann ja mit diesen Problemen leben. Aber es passt einfach nicht zu einem Hotel mit solchen Preisen.

Pros:

The service was great, food was amazing, I loved dinner and my girlfriend loved breakfast. The view from our room and the restaurant was amazing and it was conveniently located near Scenic World.
