Es un hotel molt nou.
Van ser molt amables en tot moment, i ens va deixar canviar d'habitació, durant dos nits.

Cons:

Varem reservar una habitació estil japonesa, i no ens va agradar.
No estem acostumats els occidentals.
Tampoc no estem acostumats a que no netegin ni facin els llits a diari.

Prachtige ruime kamer met uitzicht op de bergen, een heerlijk comfortabel bed en een luxe badkamer met aparte wc. De kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien en de koffie in de lobby was een fijne extra.

Cons:

Jammer dat je geen gebruik kunt maken van de onsen zonder extra reservering en betaling.
