Highly recommended for anyone who wants to explore both the city center and the beach.
Pros:

The location is excellent—right in the city center and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. The hotel itself feels fancy, and the bathroom and shower were very nice. Since we were checking out early in the morning, we requested a takeaway breakfast, and they prepared a very good one. Three of us stayed in a triple room, which was spacious and clean. There was also a performance outside the hotel in the evening, which was very enjoyable. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices.

Exceptional service, Excellent views, Most comfortable stay.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. The location is perfect and in walking distance of shops, eateries and other amenities, including the beach just up the road. Love on-site free gym and pool. Lovely spa services which made it feel like a resort rather than a standard hotel

수영장이 좋았어요. 조식에 과일이 맛있었어요. 커피기계가 있어 커피가 참 맛있었어요. 조식시간이 넉넉해서 좋았음.

Cons:

싱글침대가 작아서 잠자리가 불편함. 샤워실 수압이 너무 약해서 불편했음. 수건이 좀더 깨끗했으면.

I would recommend the stay at the Sea Soul Hotel.
Pros:

It was a good stay at the Sea Soul hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I arrived at the hotel in the morning and was able to check in earlier, which was very convenient after my long overnight flight.
The room was spacious and clean. The food served for breakfast was diverse and fresh. I also enjoyed relaxing by the hotel pool. The location was also good, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

We booked the room with a sea view. We got the room with the sea view, but there was a giant electric post in front of our window, so it really spoiled the view and was a bit disappointing.
