Pros:

L'ampiezza delle camere,la pulizia e la gentilezza del personale.

Cons:

Se può essere un appunto...troppo caldo. Riscaldamento eccessivo vero che è meglio avere caldo,eventualmente si apre una finestra,che stare al freddo ma così troppo quasi uno spreco.

Bellissima esperienza in un ex convento

La posizione centrale,comodissima! Le camere ben arredate ,spaziose e pulite.Colazione ottima ed abbondante.Consigliato!!

Cons:

Il WiFi non funziona benissimo ma non è un problema dell'albergo ma della zona.Io comunque ero lì come turista e non per lavoro,potevo benissimo fare a meno del PC 😊!

Hermosa noche en Pienza
Pros:

Ubicación excelente, desayuno increíble, con vistas a la Toscana, de película. Las instalaciones del hotel muy buenas y aunque no tenían habítación disponible para silla de ruedas pudimos acceder fácilmente. Algo de ayuda siempre llevamos pero excepto el tema de la puerta de los baños (siempre la hacen pequeña) todo lo demás increíble.

Cons:

Se podría con un pequeño arreglo, hacer accesible todos los espacios de la habitación.

Cons:

La cena , ad un prezzo molto alto le porzioni sono al limite del ridicolo , non si può pagare 26€ per un secondo di carne se ti portano 30 gr contati nel piatto …..
Anche se squisita ma è una porzione ridicola ….

I think this hotel is a jewel. Pienza itself is a treasure, and this hotel is perfectly located at the most beautiful point in the city. The staff is kind and helpful. The pool is gorgeous. I want to return, a million times.

Cons:

I wish the pool were open earlier and stayed open later, but I understand it might be a disturbance to the restaurant above. It is still open from 9 am to 8 pm, so really, not too much to complain about.
