Ottima posizione e bellissima vista dalla camera; receptionist inadatta!

La vista della camera sulle colline, gentilezza e professionalità dei camerieri, ottima posizione centrale

Cons:

La receptionist non è stata professionale; al nostro rientro in hotel al pomeriggio l’abbiamo trovata sdraiata fuori fumando e non si è alzata per andare al banco reception. Si è poi permessa di fare una battuta fuori luogo alla nostra famiglia riguardo l’uso del cellulare in vacanza. Una receptionist inadatta a questo tipo di hotel

Die Aussicht, Personal.

Cons:

Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer. Danach wurden wir in ein anderes Zimmer untergebracht welches genauso Ameisen hatte. Erst im dritten Zimmer hatten wir dann Ruhe, jedoch waren dort Haare in der Dusche…Hotelzimmer sind auch schon sehr alt.

Una bella chicca nel cuore di Pienza
Pros:

Abbiamo avuto la stanza 103, una standard ma la pozione centrale rispetto alla terrazza e alla vista sulla vallata è stata la chicca della camera. Colazione top con varia scelta tra dolce e salato su ordinazione

L'ampiezza delle camere,la pulizia e la gentilezza del personale.

Cons:

Se può essere un appunto...troppo caldo. Riscaldamento eccessivo vero che è meglio avere caldo,eventualmente si apre una finestra,che stare al freddo ma così troppo quasi uno spreco.

Bellissima esperienza in un ex convento

La posizione centrale,comodissima! Le camere ben arredate ,spaziose e pulite.Colazione ottima ed abbondante.Consigliato!!

Il WiFi non funziona benissimo ma non è un problema dell'albergo ma della zona.Io comunque ero lì come turista e non per lavoro,potevo benissimo fare a meno del PC 😊!
