Pros:

Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am Bui Vien Straße. Viel los am Abend. Man kann überall Mit Bus erreichen.

Should be cheaper, if you add 40.000-50.000 VND more, you can get a proper room within 2-5 minutes walk

Great location. Even though it’s right next to some of the noisiest streets in the city, it’s surprisingly quiet — no music noise at all

We had a place to stay

Cons:

The bed was ridiculously small, not fit for two people. If one slept one the back, the other was forced to sleep on the side in order to fit in the bed.
There were bars on the windows and a lock on the outside of the door, which for us was creepy and uncomfortable. The bathroom had no sink, and the shower head was not adjustable in hight. This was not a homestay, but more of a 'storage' unit.

The double bed was very small, no elevator and staircase was not the easiest with a big backpack. No sink in the bathroom and bathroom was small
