What I liked most was that it was considerably less expensive than the five-star-type hotels, which are really the only other accommodation option in Georgetown. It offered a much more affordable alternative.
What I did not like was that Guyana felt exceptionally expensive for what was provided, especially compared with other places I have visited. The property itself was not particularly clean, felt rather tired, and was not in a very pleasant part of town. Unfortunately, there are also not many accommodation options in Georgetown, which makes it difficult to find any real value.

Localização ruim, longe dos pontos turísticos.Apesar do quarto ter ar condicionado, era muito fraco a potência, demorando muito a esfriar o quarto.O dono do hotel manda os funcionários desligarem a energia do quarto quando o hóspede sai e quando vc retorna o quarto está com 50 graus, a geladeira foi desligada e a bebida que era para estar gelada, completamente quente.Cafe da manha com ítens contados:1 ovo por pessoa, fruta passada e pão com muitas formigas.A sala do café da manhã e recepção sem ar condicionado.Combinamos valor de táxi para o aeroporto com o motorista, que aparentemente é ligado ao hotel:50 dólares.Porem, 5 minutos antes do motorista chegar, a filha do dono do hotel nos extorquiu pedindo mais 10 dólares, ficando portanto a viagem em 60 dólares.Fomos obrigados a nos submeter a este abuso pois precisávamos ir para o aeroporto.Não recomendo ficar neste hotel.
Breakfast was very good and the chef/server was friendly and pleasant.
I was given a room with a broken screen less window in the bathroom. I slept ok the first night but on the second night I saw a wood slave on the wall above the bed head. I attempted to kill it but it fell on my pillow and then disappeared into hiding. I believe it entered through the aforementioned broken window.
I reported the incident to the receptionist and she came with a towel and covered the window. I told her there's no way I'm sleeping in the room unless the wood slave is found and removed. After insisting my position for about 6 mins she called the manager who was pleasant enough to move me to another room.

私の部屋がたまたまアンラッキーだったのだと思うが、洗面設備が壊れており床の一部に水溜まりができていた。歯磨きをする際、ウォーターサーバーから汲んできた水を使って、トイレに流していた。これが異常に不便。ドライヤーも壊れている様子。エアコンは涼しくはなるが稼働音がかなり大きい。
その上で、最大のストレスは弱すぎるWi-Fiだった。弱いだけでなくすぐ切れる。動画や複数の写真のアップロードができないレベル。作業のし直し、再接続等に無駄な時間がかかり過ぎて本当に辛かった。
Het personeel was aardig en een taxi werd altijd bijzonder snel geregeld, er was een taxibedrijf direct om de hoek gevestigd. De prijs kwaliteitsverhouding vond ik iets te ver uit elkaar liggen maar voor twee nachten was het een prima locatie. Het lag redelijk dicht bij het centrum waardoor je het ook prima kon wandelen.
Niet, we zijn meteen vertrokken en iets anders geboekt.

I was advised by the taxi driver that the location was dangerous. The staff lacks common courtesy and is not flexible. The room is not what the marketing advertised. Poor , distasteful and unsatisfactory.

Upon arrival the staff was very helpful with our luggage, helped us take them to our room which were clean and good value. The Continental breakfast was served with a very good portion of fruits. All the staff were very helpful with everything. They were very informative about the facilities in the area and tours to go on. They had a very reliable taxi service that provided us with a car promptly. Answers to any queries were quickly provided.Overall, they were friendly and helpful.it was a pleasure staying there. Would definitely recommend them.
There was nothing that we didn't like. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
I liked that I found a place to lodge last minute and was surprised when I was told that I was randomly selected for a room upgrade, maybe because I was staying for one night. The staff were all courteous and made checking simple. I liked the colourful room and decor and attention to a traveler needs. A safety box was provided, hot and cold shower, closet and chest of drawers as well as mirrors and hairdryer. The breakfast offered a good variety.
I was glad I did not have to climb too many stairs and my stay was not that long to find an issue.
