Terrific place and great staff!
Pros:

This was a true gem on Gili Air. A little quiet oasis just a short walk from the beach. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bathroom big with a wonderful shower. Everything inside and out was so clean and neat. The breakfast was served at ChillOut a short walk from Coco breeze and just by the beach. The breakfast was really nice as the rest of the menu at ChillOut!
We stayed three nights but wished we’d stayed a week! Highly recommend!

Good price-quality relation
Pros:

The room was very spacious, swimming pool and its area were perfect for chilling and relaxing. We could rent biked and motorcycle at the hotel, very easily. Location was very good, not far away from the beach or shops, but far enough to be quiet. Room has good noise isolation.

Cons:

The TV was not working, but they chanced it quickly and easily. However, TV Is placed far away from the beds and Is not bit enough, and there is just one chair in the room. Toilet would need a bit more cleaning during the stay.

Great stay in Gill Air - back in March
Pros:

They have thought of everything here to make it as comfortable as possible - the beds and pillows were lovely - the pool is small but still nice - the staff are friendly and helpful

Cons:

Having to walk down the bumpy lane to Chill Out Bar for breakfast - would rather have breakfast on site but it was very good and the few dinners we had there were lovely as well

Pros:

Everything !!!
People are so kind
Room was so big, beds are comfy, there is a sofa that could also be a bed lol and a tv AND A FRIDGE and water bottle they give everyday + a water disposal so that you can fill your bottle !!
We had shampoo conditionner soap
Bathroom was cute !! Pool tooooo
THE BREAKFASTTTTT WOW SO GENEROUS, you have english type, or indonesian or a mix, you must walk 5min but it’s perfect in the center

Hyggeligt sted. Værelset stort og rummelig. Pænt og rent. Alt var flot.

Cons:

Synes ikke helt det fremgik hvor langt der var til det strand hotel hvor man skulle spise morgenmad og låne strand. Vi endte med at booke nogle eksportere, det var både sjovt og gjorde det nemt.
Når man var der på chill out, var det super fantastisk. Lækker morgenmad og mad generelt i høj standart. Nogle af de bedste drinks, juice og shakes.
Virkelig sødt og imødekommende personale, begge steder.

Pros:

Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Klimaanlage funktioniert super. Das frühstück in der Bar am Strand ist umfangreich und der Ort toll.

Cons:

Ich hatte etwas mehr charme von den positiven Bewertungen erwartet. Da wir unten gewohnt haben, hat man jeden Schritt von den Bewohnern der oberen Etage gehört. Die Scheiben haben gewackelt. Der Spa war schön eingerichtet und schien gut ausgestattet, aber die vielen Personen die dort arbeiten, hingen vor der Unterkunft gelangweilt am Handy und haben uns wenig Lust gemacht, eine Behandlung zu buchen. Die Nagelmodellage die ich dann gemacht habe, war dann leider auch wenig professionell. Mit wurde dann aber im
Preis entgegenkommen.

SUPER RECOMENDADO
Pros:

La habitación ``Balcony´´ es una maravilla, súper amplia, dos aires acondicionados, camas grandes y cómodas, baño espectacular...
Sin duda si volviera a Gili Air repetiría.
Zona de la piscina muy tranquila y personal muy atento, nos facilitaron la llegada desde el aeropuerto de Lombok.

Pros:

Stanza molto grossa e pulita giornalmente, colazione inclusa presso il restaurant chill out molto ricca, spa fantastica con massaggi meravigliosi

Cons:

Alcuni asciugamani che ci hanno dato per piscina/mare avevano qualche macchia

Pros:

Gute Lage nah am Hafen. Das Frühstück wird im Chillout Restaurant am Strand serviert. Es war ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Erdgeschoss Familienzimmer. Es war leider etwas dunkel. Die Betten sind in die Jahre gekommen und knarzen sehr doll bei jeder Drehung.

Petit hôtel situé sur la côte est de Gili Air. Personnel très gentil, lieux propres, chambre spacieuse et agréable. Très bon emplacement pour une famille, avec petit dej au restaurant qui est à 5 minutes à pied affilié à l'hôtel. Nous recommandons !

Prachtig pareltje voor je verblijf op Gili air.
Pros:

Mooi kleinschalig hotel met 4 kamers.
Leuk klein zwembad die je meestal voor je alleen had.
Wij hadden de terrace kamer. Mooie grote kamer met 2 grote kingsize bedden.

Cons:

Iets afgelegen.
Je kan niet ontbijten bij de accomodatie zelf maar wel bij hun restaurant aan het strand. Chill out. Mooie plek met goed ontbijt.
Bedden kraakten wel erg.

Pros:

Chambre familiale très spacieuse et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le staff sur place est très sympathique. Nous avons aussi profité d’un massage très agréable dans le spa de l’hôtel

Perfect for a family holiday
Pros:

Good location near the port and beach - easy walk to both. Pool area is great, especially for kids. Very spacious clean room with thoughtful touches like amazing towel art and beach bags. Breakfast at chill out was plentiful and with a great view. Overall good value for money

Cons:

There was a smell of smoke in the room and a cockrell who was pretty noisy! This didn't bother us too much but worth a mention
