El cheking, me parece una barbaridad tener que coger la llave de la habitación a través de una máquina. Yo agradezco el contacto con una persona a la que puedes preguntar cualquier duda que te pueda surgir y el cobro de la tasa turística es un abuso.

El interior no estaba mal, estaba limpio y el baño era amplio

Cons:

Fue muy dificil localizar nuestra habitación porque se encontraba dentro de la terraza de un restaurante. Una vez subimos a la habitación (unica en esa zona) era oscura y con olores y ruidos de la gente comiendo en la terraza. Tuvimos que reclamar para un cambio para poder tener intimidad y no cruzar por toda la gente para salir o entrar y poder abrir las ventanas sin que te vieran.

Estancia agradable pero...¿4 estrellas?
Pros:

Es un sitio coqueto.
El desayuno y cena muy bien. La cama muy bien.

Cons:

En mi opinión, este hotel (que está bien) no es un hotel de 4 estrellas.
No sé cómo se consiguen estas estrellas, pero pongo 2 ejemplos que creo que hacen que no sea 4 estrellas.
- El checking se hace en una máquina.
- Aunque es una primer piso, no hay ascensor y las escaleras son realmente empinadas.
Por otra parte -como dicen otros comentarios- es verdad que el baño es muy bajo. No recomendable si mides 1,75cm o más...

War schön aber für den Preis Luft nach oben
Pros:

Tolles historisches Gebäude, sehr nettes Personal und gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Matratze war durchgelegen, wurde während dem Aufenthalt getauscht, anschließend war es besser, die Matratze hätte dennoch härter sein können.
Das Badezimmer war sehr gut gereinigt durch das super freundliche Personal, dennoch hat es sehr nach Abfluss gerochen. Auf einem Stein die zur Wand im Badezimmer gehört war Schimmel.

Schönes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber,und schön eingerichtet. Lage war perfekt mitten in der Altstadt. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war frisch und ausreichend, allerdings in einem anderen Gebäude. Vielleicht sollte man dies in der Beschreibung erwähnen. Für uns war das in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Check In ist an sich sehr unkompliziert wenn es richtig beschrieben wäre. Da wir sehr spät ankamen konnten wir niemanden fragen was die Sache etwas erschwert hat. Wenn man den ,,Schalter,, gefunden hat ist es sehr einfach. Sonst gibt's nicht zu beanstanden
