Worst stay in a hotel ever

We booked 3 rooms for our family function nearby. Initially we were given 3 rooms in 7th floor. Room number 703 had a bad fungus smell. The checkin counter person enquired if it is ok to spray room freshner. I mean comeon! We were then given a room in 803 instead which was clean. Then the other 2 rooms 710 and 711. 711 room bedsheets were not clean. I had specifically insisted for extremely clean and hygienic rooms. My parents reported the issue when we cam in late at 12am and we requested to change bedsheets. Furthermore in 710, the wash basin water does not drain. It keeps stagnating which felt disgusting while brushing teeth. Furthermore, we requested wakeup call and 2 hot coffeess for 710 and 711 at 2am. We reminded them around 12am as well before we went o sleep. Result no wakeup call and 2 coffees that were possibly the world's worst coffee anyone could have had in entire south india. M pretty sure it was just some thing like a powder mixed in water. Again we requested another hot coffee. We were given the same but this time it was hot. I M sorry to say even the architect has messed up the room design badly. Like who needs a huge dressing room when u can't even enter or leave the shower area without getting too close to the wc?. Can't you guys atleast change the swinging door to sliding. Overall a bad memory and shall never stay here ever again. And iam local to chennai. Il specially ask nobody to stay here. Final thing, at 6am they said coffee is not available.

Excellent stay & enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Good accommodation with good facilities. Some improvement can be done for the toilets especially the access doors

Cons:

All good except the toilet doors which were having some hardware issues
