Location was good. Everything was close. Price quality, we can not ask for more. We loved the jacuzzi. The nature in the middle of the hotel is really beautiful.
Not the best toilet and there was a little smell. But if you close the door, you will not smell it.

Location is excellent and 5 minute walk to the beach
When we first arrived,the rooftop lounge area was not adequate to the number of rooms in the hotel. It had 7 loungers and 3 were completed broken,they had 4 umbrellas which is not enough seeing as its a rooftop pool/restaurant and bar. After we complained they bought a few other loungers and some more chairs and tables. Still needs a lot of work in the pool area for comfort of guests.

El baño estaba siempre de mal.olor era muy desagradable, nose si había problemas de alcantarillados o se salia el pipí por debajo de la taza, la ducha tambien se salía en agua al bañarse lo q hacia q estuviera siempre mojado.. el enchufe del baño tambien fallo, no hay secador de pelo a menos q dejes una garantía te pasan uno en recepción.

Mi estadía fue por 10 días.
El servicio de limpieza de habitación es malísimo. Vinieron a hacer limpieza después del tercer día de instalarnos y luego venían cada 2 días.
El agua caliente de la ducha dura solo 2 minutos, luego sale fría. Hice el reclamo en recepcion y nunca me solucionaron nada.
Reserve el departamento para 4 personas pero solo tenía comodidad, vasos, cubiertos y sillas para 2 personas. También hice el reclamo pero me dijeron que me habían dado un departamento para 2 personas y que no estaba adaptado para 4 siendo que yo reservé y aboné el precio para 4 personas y no me supieron dar una explicación lógica.
La atención es malísima...hay mejores hoteles y más baratos y mejor atendidos por sus empleados. Este hotel por fotos se veía lindo y comodo y lo es...pero la atención y servicios dejan mucho que desear.

Desde el ingreso a la habitación nada bien, se notaba el piso sucio, imposible estar descalzo o en medias porque se ensuciaban, no tenía caja fuerte a pesar de que hasta en el lobby nos dijeron que debía haber caja fuerte, la ducha es otro tema, ducha doble si, doble regadera no, salía un chorro de una de ella porque no tenía regadera, y por la presión, no se podía usar porque se inundaba todo el lugar hasta llegar a la cama, claro que lo mencionamos sin embargo el personal estaba de manos atadas porque no sabían nada de esto, no sabían cómo reaccionar y nos decían que podían hacer que el personal de mantenimiento viera la situación, (nos dieron toallas para poder colocar en el suelo para no caernos por la cantidad de agua que había), nos pidieron esperar en la mañana para que el personal de mantenimiento y con nosotros en la habitación revisaran, ilógico porque si estás de vacaciones tienes planes, al final tampoco podían ofrecer cambio de porque no habían habitaciones de la misma categoría que teníamos. Muy bien ubicado y óptimas instalaciones.
L’hôtel est très bien situé ! Juste à côté de la rue principale et très proche de la plage (et des arrêts de bus Ado) La chambre que nous avons eue était très spacieuse. La piscine est un plus quand il fait chaud
Les rues à côté sont très bruyantes le soir, inévitable comme on est en plein centre (mais avec des boules quies pas de soucis).
