Pros:

I wanted to do the Colombo city tour and also watch a cricket match at the Premadasa stadium. This location was quite convenient for both. The staff are very pleasant. They have a good restaurant with a bar attached.

Cons:

The restaurant is open to the general public, so it can get noisy with loud music too. But, it did stop by midnight.

Very clean reliable place in a wonderful neighborhood.
Pros:

Excellent location in a very colourful and normal everyday Colombo neighbourhood; spotless; excellent shower; very comfy bed and pillows; very helpful and friendly staff; bright and roomy; good fan and A/C.

Cons:

Wifi isn’t particularly strong and a little unreliable; there’s a bar on the top floor so it can be a little noisy (not bad tho); there’s a large very polluted canal behind the hotel which can be a little smelly; it’s not really a hotel, more a casual guesthouse so it’s a little informal and laid-back.

Cons:

Not a female in site. We had knocks on our door at nearly 11pm at night , we had ordered food the previous night so we thought it may be them settling the bill but a bit odd at that time . We were too scared to open the door as we dint know what we would be greated with. As two young female traveller we didnt feel safe and the area was abit doge . Overall for a man maybe its ok but females stay clear its in the name of the hotel that its an environment purposed for men only
