Good hotel if you are from floor 3 and above
Pros:

The hotel has old and new buildings we booked the room just for 1 night and we only use it for few hours before heading to airport
The old building not lovely while the new one is very modern clean
The room furniture where we stayed was wet and has stin on it
It has the nicest view point at the 8th fllor

The room was very tight
The balcony door barely open need maintenance

Amazing restaurant to go with your friend and the view is epic

Cons:

Restaurant manager strugled with English and we went as 5 friends ordered food and the food was server to each of us individually with the last friend who received the food had to wait 1 hr for a burger.

The staff were polite and very helpful. However, customer oriented communication skills could be further improved, especially within the reception team.

Room (Executive Room):
The room layout was comfortable and relaxing, with a magnificent sea and beach view. A few minor paint touch ups and more thorough bathroom floor cleaning could further enhance the overall quality. The three steps at the entrance to the room may be challenging for elderly or differently abled guests.

Food:
Overall, the food was tasty and of good quality. The breakfast buffet selection varies depending on the guest profile. when there are more local guests, the menu includes a nice mix of Sri Lankan-style dishes along with continental options.

Ich musste aufgrund einer kurzfristigen Erkrankung spontan ein Hotel in Negombo finden und habe mit dem Earl’s Regent einen Glücksgriff gemacht. Auch wenn ich nur wenige der Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels genießen konnte da ich die meiste Zeit im äußerst bequemen Bett verbringen musste.
Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und bietet einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Besonders der Poolbereich mit den Sonnenliegen und dem direkten Meerblick ist ein echtes Highlight.
Mein Zimmer mit Meerblick war modern, sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank an Shehani, Anne, Viranya und Thushara die mir bei allen Anliegen immer mit einem Lächeln geholfen haben.
Nach meinem Check-Out war es kein Problem mein Gepäck bis zu meiner Abholung am Abend aufzubewahren.
