Pros:

The person at the frront desk was kind, accommodating, and gave me great and useful information

Cons:

1. room was dusty and not clean.
2. only a thin woolen blanket in Karuizawa in March - I was freezing!
3. the hotel is tucked in a dark and isolated corner of the city
4. I was probably the only person staying in the hotel over the two days I was there.

I was hoping for more wow from an art hotel
Pros:

Interesting building. Large rooms, very quiet. The western breakfast was quite good - although the scrambled eggs were served cold.

Cons:

Bathrooms are old style. Although its an ART hotel, there is a few pieces of art - but not many. The decor could be a bit more retro. There is an amazing lounge area - but the fireplace wasnt lit - despite it being very cold. I had an issue where some of my belongings went missing when we were out for the day from our bathroom - which was very strange, and a worry...

お邪魔しました！
Pros:

朝食は洋食と和食どちらもボリューム満点。和食の味付けは好みが分かれるかも。

Cons:

シーズンオフだからかスタッフをほとんど見かけず、廊下が真っ暗な時もあり驚いた。お風呂は広々として気持ちよく建物は素晴らしかった。

気持ちよく過ごせた
Pros:

夕食が想像以上だった。

部屋がゆったりしており、静かでゆっくりくつろげた。緑がきれいで贅沢だった。

全体的に雰囲気がよく落ち着けた。

Cons:

エアコンで夜中少し乾燥気味だった。

最初　部屋に入ったとき、何も説明がないし、部屋に説明のパンフレット等もなかったので少し戸惑った。

タリアセンへのバスについてスタッフが説明出来なかったことについて、そんなものかと軽く驚いた。

のんびり。お安く。
Cons:

素敵なスーパーが歩いて行ける距離にありました。そこで買い込んで、広いお部屋でのんびり食べました。お酒も種類があって、バッチリでした。

また訪ねたい、大人の隠れ家
Pros:

ゆったりとした、美意識を感じる品のある大人向けの設備でとても癒やされました。
朝食がお庭も見え、かつとても美味しかったです。
お部屋は暖房がじんわりと温かくほっとする場所でした。

Cons:

あまりありません。
小さめのお風呂は確かに小さかったのと、朝食のお部屋が少し寒く感じたくらいです。

Cons:

以前利用した時に大きなお風呂があったことが気に入って今回は2度目の宿泊だったのですが、なぜか男風呂が小さいお風呂に変更になっていたのでがっかりしてしまいました。
