Very disappointing as I stayed there in May and it was good.
Pros:

We booked for 3 nights- however we had to check out after the first night due to a black mold problem the hotel has due to flooding in their basement. My friend who I am traveling with became sick as she is allergic to mold.

Cons:

As above we could not stay there and have requested a refund for 2 nights - however we are waiting for booking.com to offer a refund.

Very pleasant affordable accomodation.
Pros:

I liked the space and cleanliness of this property. Easy access to coffee spots and sites I wanted to visit including the Stone Church. Good filling breakfast.

Cons:

I was a little cold in my room so if it is Autumn ask for another blanket.

企业指定的研修宿泊场地，还不错，温泉很棒
Pros:

好像是企业指定的研修宿泊场地，但平时一般人也可以预定住宿，环境很漂亮，大厅空间特别宽敞，交流空间特别多，温泉很棒，还有桑拿，但只能晚上使用，早上无法使用，早餐味道还可以，配的苹果汁很好喝

Cons:

整个旅馆前台好像就只有一个人，晚上没人的情况下就显得特别空旷，漫长的走廊和大厅甚至都显得有些吓人，直到第二天早上吃早饭时我才见到其他工作人员和住客，交通如果不是自己开车的话不是很方便，从中轻井泽车站走过来有些距离，去吃晚餐或者便利店也要向南走几百米

廊下に飾られたアートの数々を楽しむことができました。ロビーは天井が高く、スペースも非常に広々としていて素晴らしいです。随所に気分転換ができるスポットが設けられており、ゆったりと寛げました。お部屋の窓からは美しい緑が借景として取り入れられており、とても素敵でした。ベッドの寝心地が快適で、お部屋自体も広く清潔感があります。隠れ家のような静かなロケーションも含め、すべてが最高でした。

Cons:

滞在2日目、21:00過ぎにホテルに戻った際、レセプションに人がいない。
15分ほど待ち、担当者を探しにバックヤードまで赴いたが無人。
ルームキーを受け取ることが出来ず、自分で勝手にレセプションの引き出しを開けてルームキーを手にせざるをえなかった。

静かな時間を過ごせました

客室内はシンプルですが

森の中のアートを感じるホテル
Pros:

アクセスが良い。素泊まりだったが、コモングラウンズが徒歩圏で近くモーニングに利用し、健脚ならハルニレテラスにも歩いて行けそう。シングルの部屋を借りたが広く清潔でベッドの寝心地も良かった。森の中にあるので朝起きた時に鳥の声や緑の木立が窓から見え旅の気分が高まった。共同浴場だが広くお湯加減も良く気持ち良く入る事ができた。スタッフは親切で適度なサービスでちょうどいい感じ。とにかく料金が手頃なので2泊したが、又違う季節に軽井沢を満喫するために滞在したい。
