STANZE PICCOLISSIME E IMPOSSIBILE MUOVERSI.

CHI GESTISCE LA STRUTTURA E' GENTILE.. LA PULIZIA NON ERA MALE. LA RAGAZZA E' GENTILE E CARINA ( DOVREBBE ESSERE UN PO' PIU' DISPONIBILE A RISOLVERE I PROBLEMI DEI CLIENTI)

PURTROPPO LE STANZE SONO MINUSCOLE E IN DUE NON CI SI PUO' MUOVERE NEMMENO. IL BAGNO ERA MINUSCOLO , NON SI POTEVA NEMMENO FARE I BISOGNI CON COMODITA'. BISOGNEREBBE RIVEDERE GLI SPAZI DELLE STANZE POICHE' NELLE FOTO DI BOOKING SEMBRA TUTTO PIU' GRANDE PERCHE' LE FOTO SONO SEMPRE RITOCCATE.

Pros:

Preis-Leistung in Ordnung.

Cons:

War eine komische Gegend, Zimmer war sehr klein, auf den Bildern sah es größer aus. Haben dann jedoch die Unterkunft gewechselt, weil wir ein Auto hatten und nichts zum parken gefunden haben.

Pros:

Das Personal war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts sehr hilfsbereit. Obwohl mein Aufenthalt gerade erst zu Ende gegangen ist, würde ich dieses Zimmer auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war perfekt. Es gab auch Möglichkeiten zur Tee- und Kaffeezubereitung. Ich habe ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten, vielen Dank!

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in the center of Taksim. The location was great and it was very easy to walk around and explore the area. There are so many places nearby, so it was very convenient. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made me feel welcome. They also offered small treats when I arrived, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I was very happy with the service and the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Taksim.

Staying at this hotel in Şişli was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and incredibly friendly. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was immaculate, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged.
The location is excellent — close to public transportation, shopping malls, and great restaurants. It’s quiet yet right in the heart of the city, which makes it a perfect choice for both business and leisure stays.
The overall cleanliness, organization, and quality of the hotel were impressive.
In short, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and high-quality stay in Istanbul. Definitely a solid 10 out of 10!

ا المكان امان والعامله تنظف وقت الطلب منها

لمكان صغير جدا جدا السرير غير نظيف الحمام صغير جدا غرفه لا تنفع للعيش لشخصين والحمام السقف مدمر والسرير غير نظيف وغير مريح المكان لا يوجد به مصعد وجزاء من الكهربائيات. معطله تصدر اصوات في الليل اصوت مزعجه في الصباح بناء داخل المنطقه لكن المكان امان والعامله تنظف وقت الطلب منها

Privacy was limiting by and noisy at night. Location in the middle of a working neighborhood though close to main attractions by a 5-10 min taxi ride.

سيئة جدا و خسارة اموال
Cons:

كانت تجربة سيئة جدا جدا، حجزنا لمدة 4 ليالي و في الاخير لم نبقى سوى 3 ساعات وانتظرنا شروق الشمس و غادرنا و حجز لنا صديق عن طريق موقعكم نزل ثاني لا يقارن مع perla. و بالتالي خسرنا نقود الحجز دون ان نسكن فعلا. الغرفة كانت تحت الارض و كانها قبو و رائحتها كريهة جدا و لا يدخلها الهواء فكنا نكح من فرط الحساسية حتى اننا لم نتجاوز بالكاد 3 ساعات و غادرنا. عند المغادرة و كنا مثقلين سرقت محفظتي في الشارع بها كل اوراقي.. كانت فعلا تجربة سيئة. انا اشتغل بالسياحة المديرة المساعدة للجامعة التونسية لوكالات الاسفار و صديقتي بالخطوط التركية. طلبنا استرجاع اموالنا و تحدثنا مع السيد عن طريق الواتساب. طبعا رفض. لو يوجد مجال لاسترجاع اموالنا نكون شاكرين لاننا حجزنا عن طريق موقعكم النزل الثاني. و لكن الخسائر كانت كثيرة بسبب الاختيار الاول. شكرا لتفهمكم.
