Main receptionist has terrible attitude
Pros:

Room was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water, toilet and shower worked great. Cleaning ladies were friendly. Hotel is definitely located in a poor, run down neighborhood. My only real issue was one or two of the girls that worked reception. If you asked for help or asked any questions, they acted annoyed and offered no help or assistance with anything. Very bad attitudes. Please don't interrupt their cell phone time, they will not be happy with you!

Superb
Pros:

I like the hotel facilities and the decoration of the rooms.Staff was very cooperative and ready to help every time.

Cons:

I did not like the choice of their free breakfast which includes in our room rent.They only give us Chicken pho every morning. So it's not enough for the value of money we paid for room rent.The don't have buffet breakfast. No fruits, no juices , no bread butter or other items of breakfast.Moreover staff at the reception did not understand English and can not speak English.
