Beautiful, lush green small complex of private cabins. Comfortable bed, clean linen & immaculately clean. Great to have a fridge to chill drinks etc. Lovely breakfast served by the pool with very attentive staff. Happy to store our luggage after check out too.
Would definitely stay here again if visiting Patnem.
Beach towels and somewhere to hang wet swimwear outside would have been a bonus - but otherwise great!

The property was perfect! Great location to wander to the beach, clean, welcoming and everything we could have wanted. The staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. WiFi and breakfast great! Would come back for sure ☺️
Location. Pool. Lovely staff. Spacious room and comfortable bed.
No hot water at the bathroom sink . To wash your hands in cold water is unhygienic and you had to heat the water to use the shower. Power was unreliable although this an issue with the area not the property
The complex is cute. It has several bungalows as it is on photos. Definitely one of the best and newest. It is not at the beach but 50m so it is wasy
It is overprice especially as for double less money or even more you can get the room at the beach. Yes it mot new like this place but it is not double bad quality either.
The only window is the wall facing the path where pol are passing so basically you have to keep curtness all the time closed which feels stupid as there is no natural light.
Breakfast is fair, nothing wow but serves if you dont want to eat at the beach.
Great location, beautiful appartments/villas, friendly staff, extra clean and very well maintained. Good breakfast too, especially the banana and papaya shake.

I loved staying here, but if I had to say something negative all I could say was that there was no hair dryer.

Lovely new chalet ,fresh clean pool ,location at top of beach road so very close to beach but far enough away to get peace and quiet the tuk tuk pick up point is right outside hotel so easy to get further afield to the remote beaches

Beautiful cabins. New, modern and clean. 2 minutes to the beach. Good breakfast. The best thing about this place is the team, friendly, really helpful before and during our stay, they couldn’t do enough for you. Loved it so much we returned a few weeks later.
Great place. We extended our stay here from 4 days to 9 so that speaks for itself. Everyone is nice and helpful. If you want to stay in Patnem, stay here only.
