The location is perfect, I took 2 rooms one of them was spacious the other was a bit smaller. The staff are friendly, no breakfast.
First day the sheets were not clean but the rest of the week they were clean, the floor hdf at a 1 meter spot was spoiled by water which needs repair.
I liked the peace and quiet of the environment and the room.The hotel's location is close to everything you need ,The room was cleaned every day and the cleaner was very respectful and reliable. Towels were changed every day and the cleaners did not disturb us in any way.The reception staff were respectful and attentive to our requests.
It is important that the hotel information is given correctly when checking in, as well as the WiFi and WiFi password, and of course, regarding the sauna and jacuzzi.Our room was on the top floor and there was no elevator, making it difficult to carry luggage, and the hotel did not have a bellboy There were also no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room. However, we had a great time at this hotel.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
This is not a fancy hotel. The room was spacious but one day the hot water was cold, the AC didn’t really cool the room (but it was not a hot night) and the bedding is ok. No amenities. But the price was right and I could easily walk to the convention center.
The location was central nisantasi the streets around it were lovely to walk in. The people at the reception desk were very friendly and did their best to accommodate us. The rooms were spacious and clean.
