Pros:

Great location within easy walking distance into Funchal. Clean, quiet, and more or less as advertised.

Cons:

Lovely little hotel, would opt to stay here again for sure :)
Pros:

A small and welcoming property so wasn’t crowded and had a relaxed feel to it

The rooms are beautiful and spacious, all facing away from the road offering the afternoon / early evening sunshine, with balcony door what almost stretch the entirety of the room

Location is good too, so many really lovely places to eat and around 10min walk from the centre of Funchal

Cons:

Aircon was faulty, but the hotel was open and honest about that! It was unfortunate, but completely outside of the hotels control as they were waiting on an engineer. It made it a little uncomfortable at times, but it wasn’t a big deal

Pros:

Hotel w dobrym położeniu, niedaleko centrum, a jednocześnie z widokiem na ocean. Pokój duży, czysty, łóżko wygodne. Łazienka wygodna i czysta. Balkon z widokiem bocznym na ocean. Hotel jest niewielki i to jego zaleta, jest spokojnie i wygodnie. Dodatkowo basen zewnętrzny. Śniadanie dobre i urozmaicone.

Cons:

Zbyt mało warzyw na śniadaniu. Poza tym ok.

Zentrale Lage. Freundliches Personal. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke.
Haltestelle Hop on Hop off in 5min Entfernung.
Großes Zimmer.

Bar+Pool vorhanden aber nicht benutzt.

Cons:

Bei Zimmerbezug keine Pflegeprodukte erhalten. Das hat sich in den 5 Tagen Aufenthalt leider auch nicht geändert.
Klimaanlage defekt.
Abwassergeruch im Bad.
Frühstück stark ausbaufähig.
Zimmersafe nur gegen Bezahlung.
Täglich bis ca.23 Uhr laute Musik (Bässe) von umliegenden Hotels.

Lovely, little, quiet stay, excellent value!
Pros:

This was a last minute booking because of a cancelled flight. The hotel was great, nice big, clean room, and very comfortable beds. Lovely and quiet too, with a big balcony. The breakfast was good, if a little sparse, but met our needs just fine. Also excellent value for money, in a great location.

Cons:

The only downside for us was it being up a hill (both ways, as it was in between the main routes into Funchal) but this was our mistake and would be the only reason not to return, as we have mobility problems. But if you are fine then please don't hesitate to book.

Pros:

Good location for us

Cons:

A bad smell in the bathroom from the floor drain because the trap had dried out. I poured water into the drain which helped. The cleaning staff should be asked to do this when cleaning.
My wife was unwell one morning and I was told I was not allowed to bring her a small amount of food from the breakfast restaurant to our room but after insisting I was allowed.

Великий,чистий номер!

Cons:

Дуже поганий сніданок,сосиски і ковбаса не їстівні , кава розчинна з апарату-жахлива. Дивний запах в номері,можливо через стару систему кондиціонування.

Ottima scelta e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo a due passi dal lungo mare
Pros:

Ottima posizione vicino a strada principale servita da bus per andare in centro città. A piedi si raggiunge in pochi minuti la passeggiata del lungo mare. Staff molto disponibile 24/24. Colazione abbondante e varia. Piscina esterna e sdrai a disposizione. Camera grande con balcone.

Cons:

Colazione un pò ripetitiva. Avrei gradito anche più frutta fresca.

Great location, very clean, quite. Breakfast very tasty. The staff was lovely, very kind and always happy to help.
Unfortunately the weather was not so great so we didn't get the chance to use the pool.

Pros:

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja blisko centrum 3min pieszo do sklepów i resteracji.

Cons:

Szkoda ze nie ma do śniadań ekspresu do kawy tylko taka rozpuszczalna w maszynie takiej z napojami. Można poprosić o espresso z kapsułki o ile akurat ktoś jest z obsługi.
