Group and Longstay Policy:
Bookings under the same name and dates, requiring more than 5 rooms or over 10 people, will follow the Group and Longstay Payment and Cancellation Policy regardless of the rate they have booked.
Bookings under the same name and dates extending beyond 14 days, will follow the Group and Longstay Payment and Cancellation Policy regardless of the rate they have booked.
Group and Longstay Payment and Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit of the total amount to guarantee the booking, we will notify the guest before we charge the credit card on the booking. This deposit is nonrefundable.
The remaining 50% of the booking must be paid up to 15 days before the arrival date. This is nonrefundable.
The hotel will contact the customer before we charge the remaining 50% and remind them that the remaining amount is due 15 days in advance. If the payment is not received, we will notify in writing that we will hold the booking for an additional 48 hours and if it is not received, the booking will be canceled 10 days prior to arrival.
Please note that all guests must be 18 years of age or older. All guests staying in dorms should provide us Passport as ID.
For guests staying in dormitories, there is a fee of 6 AUD per towel.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

The room was perfect for myself and son in wheelchair. Everything was wheelchair accessible. Of the night getting in at 8pm the staff member helped us get up 2 front stairs
Unfortunately the Bar/restuarant closes a bit early so hard to get wheelchair in.
空港から1本。Central stationの隣の駅、Roma Street 駅から道を挟んで斜め前。重い荷物を持っていてもこの距離なら問題なし。ゴールドコーストへのこの駅から直接行けます。部屋はデザイナーズ調でおしゃれ。１階はバーになっているので、食事にも困らないし、コンビニもすぐ近くにあります。また、利用はしていませんが、キッチンエリアやランドリーエリアもあり、自炊もできるようです。

The location was convenient for my needs. Value for money was definitely there however the room was lacking the basics fridge and TV. However we just needed somewhere to sleep for the night.
There was an off smell within the reception area. Also it was very noisy early in the morning with other less consideration guests.
Staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly. Also a very good location.
The room was NOT clean. And carpets are badly stained. Bed was not made up.

1/5 – The worst hostel I've ever stayed in**
This was by far the worst hostel experience of my life
When I arrived, the first room looked nothing like the photos. It was incredibly small and completely misleading compared to what was advertised. After I complained, the staff agreed that the pictures were misleading and moved me to another room.
Unfortunately, that's when the nightmare began
The second room was unsanitary There was mold everywhere—on the windows, in the bathroom, and throughout the room. The photos speak for themselves. I would honestly rather sleep in a tent than stay in a room like that.
The shared kitchen was just as bad. Most of the pots and pans were burnt beyond use, and the overall cleanliness was shocking.
Overall, this place was an absolute nightmare. Avoid it at all costs unless you want to risk getting sick. I have never been so disappointed by a hostel, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

La proximité avec la gare et le centre
I was very quiet, breakfast was absolutely delicious and dinners were great! Beth, Lauri and South American staff were fabulous people. Being solo and on my own. They were always so welcoming to me. Lauri put up with my booking errors and resolved the problem. I am ever so grateful for everyone who has helped me. Totally recommend this place. Very quiet.
