I spent one week there, and it was a great time. It’s close to everything and quiet at night.
Pros:

The team is amazing—really kind and always willing to help. Everything is very clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the shared spaces are really comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing

Pros:

Very clean, comfortable and central to the city. Staff were friendly, professional and went above and beyond expectations. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Roamer was excellent, only downfall was the immense roadworks along Roma St itself at the time of stay. Obviously nothing to do with Roamer Brisbane itself.

Pros:

I have been here for four nights and previously had a wonderful impression of hotel, mainly due to the friendly and professional attitude of staff.

Cons:

after moving into my single room today, I was very disappointed to find that the hot water is unstable and the water pressure is extremely weak. When I reported this earlier, the response was quite passive, and no real solution was offered.

Excellent place to stay for events at Suncorp stadium.
Pros:

We had breakfast at the hotel and it was fabulous. We were extremely disappointed not being able to have lunch as the time kept changing on that particular day. and we had a coach to catch. The staff there were amazing as well. Proximity to the railway station and Suncorp stadium. Phone contact with the premises was excellent there as there wasa long train delay on the XPT from Sydney and ended up being two coach trips. The welcome from staff on arrival just before 11pm was lovely. Each interaction with them was lovely the only disappointment was that in telling them we had no fridge and their milk was off we weren't offered anymore. Be aware when booking that some rooms, I think 303 specifically don't have fridges. For Brisbane this is a terrible idea. I obviously missed this when booking as I was expecting a fridge. In a place like Brisbane a fridge was essential to me.

Cons:

Although a nice size room and bed It was a very stuffy room. The air conditioning worked well and helped circulate air in the room. The premises are a bit worn but we were comfortable and the shower good. The water pressure in the hand basin was not great. The use of the kitchen was there but it wasn't very appealing. I realise a lot depends of those using it but I preferred not to use it due to the cleanliness of the area. As I mentioned above, having no fridge was a real disappointment given we were in Brisbane.

Felt like uni halls
Pros:

Good location, comfy beds with curtains, good amount of space in room with storage options. Events put on most nights (free pizza was delicious)

Cons:

Felt like university accomodation. Wouldn’t recommend for solo travellers as so many of the guests were students or living in Brisbane so it wasn’t very social. Everyone left their washing up next to the sink but drying racks were provided and tea towels were on the other side of the kitchen which encouraged this. Bathroom was a bit dirty and could do with some minor renovation, not sure the room got cleaned every day as bin was often full and no spare loo roll provided. Room was also quite hot.

Pros:
