Piacevole e rilassante
Pros:

Ci hanno accolto nonostante il preavviso di 12h. Struttura comoda a 4 minuti a piedi da Metromare e 2 minuti dalla spiaggia. Stanze grandi ed accoglienti con ogni confort e servizio (aria condizionata, set di cortesia, phon, etc.). Inoltre ben isolate dai rumori della vita notturna di Rimini. Lo staff è giovane e professionale, così come la proprietaria sempre sorridente e disponibile. La colazione soddisfa il gusto di qualsiasi persona (c'è davvero di tutto!). La pulizia impeccabile e lo staff molto discreto nell'eseguire le proprie mansioni. È una struttura adatta ad accogliere tutti i tipi di viaggiatori, inclusi gli amici pelosi a quattro zampe :) Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Bella la posizione dell’hotel.
Per quanto riguarda lo staff, alla reception ed al bar i ragazzi sono stati molto gentili.

Cons:

Pulizia in struttura scarsa, molto scarsa….

Po przyjechaniu na miejsce okazało się, że obiekt jest zamknięty. Nikt wcześniej nas o tym nie poinformował także zostaliśmy bez noclegu, zero kontaktu z obiektem.

Ho amato la gentilezza della ragazza in reception e anche la naturalezza, abbiamo avuto un problema con la chiave magnetica e la ragazza si è subito attrezzata per sistemarla molto professionale e sorridente, durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo chiesto molte info riguardo al percorso di Spa e si è subito dimostrata molto felice di rispondere. Tornerei sicuramente ora
