We WILL stay again.
Pros:

So accommodating and friendly. From front desk to maintenance staff.
Breakfast was exceptional and so many choices. Not your usual hotel meal. Love it

Pros:

The true we stayed in and Scottsdale/Chandler area was not good so we had been avoiding them for the last several years, but this one is beautiful new great spaces. I can’t say enough good things about it.

Exceptional hotel
Pros:

We’d have to say everything. Hilton has thought of everything at this property. Friendly, efficient staff, from the cleaning personnel to the front desk to breakfast service. All employees were friendly.

Cons:

I wish there was something I could say because I don’t want to be turned away due to being full next time I go through Kearney.

Clean and welcoming.
Pros:

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and well stocked for 4 people. The breakfast was hot and full of options. I love the Tru! It never disappoints!

Cons:

Rooms weren’t cleaned very well. No microwaves in the room. Pet fee is $75 I’ve never been charged more than $30 for a pet fee. Lots of hidden charges for example my booking said $186 then of course the pet fee. The invoice says I was charged $273 but my bank statement says $323

New, fresh and clean. The rooms were good and bathrooms excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The cost. I thought it was a little pricey for what you get. Also, the walls and ceiling/ floors are obviously made of crackers given the propagation of noise.

Absolutely beautiful! Rooms were spacious. I believe we ended up at partner hotel home2 because the room we booked wasn't available.
