Overall: This hotel was a real "coup de cœur" for me. It was an excellent, relaxing stay.
Pros:

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for this wonderful stay. I have been traveling for a month now, and this is honestly the first time I’ve slept so well. It was a highlight of my trip!

What I loved:
* The Room: Very spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. I have some health concerns, so I was very happy to find the room "nickel" (perfect). Housekeeping was done daily upon request, with fresh towels and soap provided every time.
* The Staff: Despite the initial language barrier, the team was incredibly kind and helpful. They are always smiling and attentive. They gave me great recommendations for food and coffee, even double-checking the addresses on Grab with me to make sure I got to the right places.
* The Location: Perfectly situated! It’s about a 10-minute walk from the center, the lake, and Grab points. I loved the contrast between the city's buzz and the hotel's tranquility. It’s also well-placed for visiting the cafes nestled higher up in the mountains.
* The Bathroom: Very clean and modern—perfect for a relaxing end to the day.

Cons:

A few minor things to note:
* Noise & Scent: Like other reviews mentioned, you can hear some noise from the lobby/outside, but it wasn't a major issue for me. There were also strong smells of incense in the room on some mornings.
* Payment: It was a bit complicated to pay by card at the beginning. It would be great if card payments were more seamless in the future.

직원이 매우 친절하고 모든 짐을 잘 옮겨주었다. 위치도 시내중심에서 멀지도 않고 너무 가깝지도 않고 적당했다. 위치가 너무 가깝지 않아서 오히려 조용하고 편하게 잠을 잘 수있었다. 골목은 매우 조용했다. 시설도 깨끗하고 청소도 잘했다. 침구도 깨끗하고 방안이 춥지도 않았다. 숙소비도 가성비 대비 너무 저렴했다. 매우 추천한다. 다음에도 달랏에 간다면 또 묵을 의향이 있다. 시설이 새거라서 너무 깨끗하다. 숙박비가 저렴해서 매우 마음에 들었다. 원래 시내 중심가에 숙소를 잡았었는데 그곳이 너무 시끄럽고 더러워서 급하게 옮긴 숙소였다. 너무 깨끗해서 좋은 여행이 되었다. 역시 숙소는 중요하다.

Cons:

조식 제공이 되지 않아 아쉽다. 대신 호텔 바로 앞에 맛있는 후띠우를 판다.
