Pros:

The hotel is in a remote area from perumbavur , but good road will make the travel easy from center to hotel. Its good the money v r paying. And the owner is available to reach anytime through phone. Rooms whr new nd kept clean , washroom was also clean. There r two supermarkets just two feet away. But no hotels , only a vry small shop .
