It's fine but I wouldn't stay again
Pros:

It's a nice walking distance away from everything in town. I liked the location. Value is also good for what it is.

Cons:

It wasn't very clean. Also, I had an employee knock on my door and yell something about check out times in the middle of the night while I was sleeping and while my "do not disturb" sign was on.

Pros:

My family of four had a 6-day, 5-night vacation at this hotel. We stayed in both the front and back rooms. The front room offered a street view and was spacious, while the back room had a larger bathroom.
We were extremely satisfied with the quality and the excellent value for the price. The most enjoyable aspect was the comfortable, home-like atmosphere.
The biggest highlight, however, was the young owner, named Thiet, who was incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and talented. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Dalat.

There are other homestays for same price and hopefully, warmth, attention
Cons:

Cobwebs in lobby, room. Water in bathroom dis not drain fast enough so feet were were covered with soapy water. Owner did help me with bookings, seems busy, contact via WhatsApp, rarely at lobby, and distant despite living upstairs. Could smell cooking in the evening. My room was not cleaned despite me leaving request light on and key, towels smelled as I had left them in sink...he did give me fresh ones when I complained. Towels are not bath size.

Cons:

Hầu như không gặp được nhân viên, liên lạc với họ qua điện thoại. Không có thang máy, cầu thang hẹp gây khó khăn khuân xách hành lý

Booking không làm tốt trung gian thanh toán giữa kh và ks khi có sự cố xảy ra. Nếu vậy thì tôi đặt trực tiếp ks rồi tự xử lý sự cố chứ ko cần sự đảm bảo của booking. Đã đảm bảo bằng thẻ td và bị hold tiền nhưng ks ko quét thu và báo máy bị hỏng đột xuất. Yêu cầu trả TM và chuyển khoản
