Pathetic
Pros:

Except the bar tender boy, everything is worst

Cons:

1) no welcome drink
2) reception was lack of receptionist
3) no luggage carrier boy
4) lift was dirty
5) complete hotel is smelly, from reception .
6) I booked business room - non smoking, the corridor is smelling, the room when we enter also smell like smoking
7) LED is tilted, with horrible sound
8) switches not working to turn off the ceiling lamps
9) for 2 people , place only one bathroom slippers
10) room had loose ends , tampered tiles, smelly mats, damaged corners
11) room was so small as we compared to other business rooms
12) pillows are so hard, both of us are now suffering from neck pain.
13) lift loopy also not maintained.
