The property is beautiful by themselves.
The service needs to be improved a lot. The front desk team works very slow. Room service takes forever and there is no QR code to scan for the food menu and no actual menu in the room when they said the room service is available for 24 hours.
So when I asked to get the menu is take for edges. Later one guy came with the QR code, but link me to the WhatsApp that the person on the WhatsApp is not available to chat. Like I have to send invitation to chat with him via WhatsApp but why they makes things complicated when I just want to order food. I called to the restaurant and nobody speak good English, and nobody barely understand my English. I had to go down to the front desk and make a comment to the manager the the manger show the temper to me when he couldn’t explain why things are so unorganized. Once I got the manual menu to my room and I when I order food, it took about one hour but food never comes. I have to call many times to push them. Also at night I ordered a glass of wine. It took about 20 minutes. I didn’t see anyone come until I have to call many times. Also on my last day, I found that no hot water working in my bathroom and later I discovered that the whole 11th floor has no hot water. I couldn’t take a bath until then sent someone to come and fix the water…. Ahhhh it’s a lot of things they need to be improved on their service and system.
The hotel was clean, and the location was also fine.
The quality of the food served via room dining was very poor, and it was also quite overpriced..and There was no staff room for the car driver....
All staff and THE front office manager help us so I am very happy to stay in place.

Good Facility - it has a good coffee shop on the first floor, a good-sized room with a comfortable desk for computer work, and a good breakfast. The staff was nice and professional.
The air in the room was stuffy and smelled bad until the air conditioner was running. Usually, a hotel at this level should not have such an issue.
