None the less - disappointing - and unprofessional

Arrived and paid for the room , I put my bag in the room and went outside to meet a friend and she did not want to stay there anymore - they they refused to refund my money and I did not even go outside n the room I literally just put my bags by the door , also the place smelling like incense and have a heave energy in the air.
