Pros:

С 21 этажа потрясный вид из окна. Номер просторный. Завтрак достойный. Территория живописная, но на момент проживания многие бассейны пустовали, фонтаны были отключены. Все неплохо, но ремонт не помешал бы.

Pros:

Красивая территория, скидки в брендовых магазинах, улица с кафешками, хорошие завтраки, вежливый персонал, качественный клининг, не воруют. Искусственная волна в аквапарке.

Cons:

Много фонтанчиков и кафешек в нерабочем состоянии. В аквапарке жесткие ограничения : муж 92 кг, я 95 кг, ребёнок 145 см, 35 кг: пустили только на 1 горку из 4 /ех работающих и на искусственную волну. Ребёнок попал на 2-е горки.

Superior King Room - Kapok
Pros:

Good Aircon, especially in the elevator. Breakfast was reasonable but a fair walk, especially when it was raining.

Cons:

No coffee sugar or milk not even a tea spoon. Poor water pressure and hot water was far from hot, had to run a bath with pure hot water and by the time it was full the water was tepid. Shower with no pressure was pathetic. Only 3 pillows, TV had no chanel's and a big line going through it. The fridge was not cold. We booked this hotel because we wanted a pool which had no water in it and was closed, even at check in we were not informed.

Остались не довольны матрасом, подушками. Не могли нормально выспаться, сон не комфортный.
Pros:

Очень красивая территория. Вкусный завтрак.

Cons:

Очень!!!! Очень жесткий матрас, просто мучались каждую ночь. Не соответствие отелю 5 заезд.
Далеко от моря. Бассейны грустные, не комфортные.
