We had a lovely stay!
Pros:

It is fine. Location is perfect. The staff generally was very helpful.

Cons:

The host gave us the wrong address!
The mats of the toilet and bathroom were dirty. Used from previous guest!
And the toilet was dirty as well.
A/c of the big room was too noisy.

Pros:

Location was so convenient, it is just infront of SM Megamall .

Cons:

It has cctv camera inside the room which I think it invades our privacy.

We made the right decision to stay in this place
Pros:

The property is in a very good location where everything is accessible even the transportation. The unit is so comfortable and beautifully decorated which gave us a feeling of being at home. Ms Rose anne is very accommodating and always respond so quickly and so kind. Building staff are also very nice.

Cons:

The only downside is the elevator which always take time and most of the time full

Pros:

It’s near megamall and they have a designated parking for the guests

Cons:

It’s very dirty. The floors are really dusty. Not enough towels too.

The fixtures are also broken. Door locks don’t work properly.

The unit is superb highly recommendable the host needs improvement.
Pros:

With the unit 2 thumbs up very clean, spacious, complete amenities.

Cons:

The host cannot be contacted, assistance is not personalized as what she mentioned “ seamless and personalize’. The communication is thru text however Ang tagal mag reply. The remote control of the TV need to be replace it is difficult to use.

Superb! Great Location and Comfortable Stay
Pros:

The place has a nice ambience — cozy, clean, yet spacious, making it very comfortable to stay in. It has a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, big refrigerator, microwave oven, toiletries etc. It's also strategically located: SM Megamall is just across the street, there's a 7-Eleven conveniently downstairs, and even a salon nearby. Everything you need is within easy reach!

Perfect staycation for the family when in the metro!

Cons:

3 PM standard check-in instead of 2PM and early check-out at 11AM which is less than a day's rental. But the host was kind enough to accommodate us even before 2:30PM!

There's a nice and big flatscreen TV but no Netflix or cable-- we depended on the local channel which was blurred. I didn't bother to ask the host anymore since I brought my laptop.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and grateful for the experience.
Pros:

Location, location, location, very close to Megamall, podium, EDSA Shangrila etc, walking distance to Ortigas MRT station, place was spacious and has nice view of the City. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and staff offered great service but not included in the price of accomodation. All staff were courteous, accomodating, responsive reflecting true Filipino hospitality. I like the fact that the laundry service were excellent and great price in my opinion- just drop off then pick up with clean and nicely folded clothes. The host was responsive and nice.

Cons:

Place has pest problem, lack of toiletries, only 4 towels provided for 3 days stay, no wash cloths and only one hand towel, sunken bathroom is a tripping hazard.

Lovely place to stay!
Pros:

It was a lovely home, good for 4-6 persons. It has most of the things you might need! AC works nicely. Checking in and out was easy. Host was kind and responsive. The place is very close to SM Megamall. We'll book again in the future.

Cons:

The beddings have traces of glitter and it was kinda itchy.
Initially we could access Youtube but lost it when we tried again. I hope there'll be access to Netflix or Youtube in the future.

Pros:

The place is big for the unit and great price as well. Opposite to Megamall which is great. Hope to come back again and will recommend to others as well.

Cons:

Netflix is logging hard to watch,hope they can fix it, nevertheless all are great.
