Review: Great Bones, But Needs Urgent TLC
The Good
The location of this property is excellent and accessibility is a major plus. The unit itself has a fantastic layout; the two bedrooms are generously sized, and the kitchen and living room provide a spacious, comfortable footprint. With the right attention, this could easily be an excellent, five-star rental.

The Reality
I am sharing these details in fairness to future guests and to provide the owner with the "boots on the ground" feedback needed to bring this unit up to standard. Currently, there is a lack of basic maintenance and oversight that has overshadowed the stay.

Maintenance & Safety: A wall outlet in the secondary bedroom is missing its faceplate, which is a serious shock hazard. The bathroom door handle/lock is broken and has been replaced with an ill-fitting aftermarket slide bolt. Additionally, the shower valve is broken, preventing switching between the hand wand and the showerhead.

Cleanliness & Accessibility: The shower grout requires deep cleaning to remove mold. Furthermore, the tile floors in the bathroom are quite slippery; adding grab bars would greatly improve safety.

Climate & Tech: The secondary bedroom AC is underperforming and has no remote. In the living room, the TV would not connect to the Wi-Fi, and despite texting the contact, no resolution was offered. In the master bedroom, I had to use my own personal Netflix account to watch anything, using a remote with dying batteries that were never replaced during my stay.

Arrival Issues: We had to wait for the on-site contact to arrive and unlock the unit. A simple pre-arrival check would have ensured the unit was accessible and all systems (AC, TV, and batteries) were functional before we walked through the door.

Final Thoughts
I hate posting a negative review, but I believe in stating the facts so readers can decide for themselves.

The host gave us the wrong address!
The mats of the toilet and bathroom were dirty. Used from previous guest!
And the toilet was dirty as well.
A/c of the big room was too noisy.

It has cctv camera inside the room which I think it invades our privacy.

Cctv sould be fixed facing the door, and nowhere else to respect the privacy of the guests. The owner quickly actioned our request.

The only downside is the elevator which always take time and most of the time full

It’s very dirty. The floors are really dusty. Not enough towels too.

The fixtures are also broken. Door locks don’t work properly.

The host cannot be contacted, assistance is not personalized as what she mentioned “ seamless and personalize’. The communication is thru text however Ang tagal mag reply. The remote control of the TV need to be replace it is difficult to use.

Need more extra hand towel and foot towel

3 PM standard check-in instead of 2PM and early check-out at 11AM which is less than a day's rental. But the host was kind enough to accommodate us even before 2:30PM!

There's a nice and big flatscreen TV but no Netflix or cable-- we depended on the local channel which was blurred. I didn't bother to ask the host anymore since I brought my laptop.

Place has pest problem, lack of toiletries, only 4 towels provided for 3 days stay, no wash cloths and only one hand towel, sunken bathroom is a tripping hazard.

The beddings have traces of glitter and it was kinda itchy.
Initially we could access Youtube but lost it when we tried again. I hope there'll be access to Netflix or Youtube in the future.

Was not clear that this was an air bnb type booking and therefore not able to access help from staff such as help with luggage etc
