All goods naman maliban sa tubig, sana magawan ng paraan ng El Nido makapag provide ng magandang tubig. Kawawa mg business dahil sa hirap makakuha ng malinis na water supply.

Hadde vann stanse en av dagene. Når vann kom på igen, var det misfarget. Sett at vann filter system til hotel var frakoblet...

There was one problem I had with the place, unfortunately fundamental: cleanness. The room was cleaned, but very superficially, it was dusty in the corners, on the shelves, dust hanging from the ceiling. I informed the manager about the need to clean it , but without any result. If they work on that, the place will be so much better.
Fortunately, the bed, bedsheets and towels were clean and ok.
Also, the water was bad, yellow, sometimes I was afraid to wash my face.

El desayuno es incomible, el baño con mucha humedad, el agua turbia, por las mañanas mucho ruido que no se puede dormir, mala experiencia

We didn't like the smell coming from the bathroom and the water in the toilet bowl is not clean.

La porte coulissante qui avait du mal à fermer

Eau ferrugineuse de couleur orange qui sort des robinets. Aucun rangement dans la pièce ni étendoir pour faire sécher le linge. WC dans la sde qui est trempé à chaque douche. Aucun ménage effectué dans notre chambre alors que nous sommes restés 4 nuits, même pas la poubelle vidée alors qu elle contient les papiers WC... clim très bruyante. La porte vitrée de la chambre qui ne ferme pas.

No mirror in the bathroom, lol, not the end of the world but…

We enjoyed our stay but I have to be honest about some things:
Firstly we booked the Upper beach front apartment (better views) but got the lower one which wasn't a problem, untill we met another guest that had the same experience.
The water that comes from the taps is disgusting to be honest, it often comes out of tap a "tea colour' and smells very strange like some type of strong chemical.
The WiFi hardly ever worked...but that's been the same in all of our accomodation in El Nido.
Badly flickering light in bathroom when turned off!! We had to leave it on fior our wholestay, also flickering lights in bed area too. I did tell staff but they did nothind

L’état de la chambre, la robinetterie rouillée, l’odeur nauséabonde de la chambre et de la douche, l’eau marron, câble électrique qui pend, du savon sec dans l’évier, eau très chaude ou très froide. Il n’y avait pas de tv alors que j’ai réservé une chambre avec la télé, le personnel qui n’a pas pris en comptes mes demandes.

- Garbage cans weren’t emptied daily
- unreliable service coordination with third party: offered, extra services for pay cancelled at the last minute (tour & return transfer to Puerto Princesa). We had to then rely with our Puerto Princesa hotel contact in El Nido to get us transportation back to Puerto Princesa… NOTE: The agreement with the original, private, transfer service with the El Nido hotel from El Nido to Puerto Princesa was PHP6,000. They cancelled the day of transfer agreement and asked to have a possible increase to PHP10,000. I then called our previous hotel at Puerto Princesa that had provided us transfer service from Puerto Princesa to El Nido a few days prior and they then sent a pick-up service for PHP6,000 within hours.
