The beach, the spot, the location and the breakfast.
Even after being listed as a pet friendly stay they charged an additional amount over and above the amount ascertained via booking.com for my pet Beagle (dog).
Also only 1 L of water was provided in the room as complementary for the say of 4 individuals.
Very good reception / staffs are very cordial/ over all claen/ just near to sea.
In Big Room Only One Ac, With Free break fast no provision of Tea.

The Sea Wave Beach Resort was a memorable experience for me and my family with the beach just in front of the resort area.Food cooked by the cooks was delicious and the manager and room attendant were all very helpful and polite.

The location was very nice. If you are looking for a peaceful weekend, this is an ideal place. The beach is just outside the resort, and it was not crowded.
You can sit within the resort premise and enjoy the Sea and the waves. So there is no time limit for that.
The resort is clean, and organized. Clean rooms, food was great. Stuffs are nice and helpful.
Faced power cut a few times, and AC was stopped as the generator did not support AC. Need better backup facilities.
All required Toiletries were not given, so carry what u need for your own use.
Drinks are expensive as u can expect. But available on request.

The property has beach access located just next to the Biswa Bangla gate. There is a restaurant which serves decent food. The catering staff’s behaviour was good.
They didn’t know about our booking and they were surprised when we showed up. Later the lady owner of the hotel asked us to cancel the booking through Booking.com and pay them directly in cash which we refused. They don’t provide water in the rooms. Air conditioning in 1 room was leaking water on the bed.

Room was clean but no necessary kit in washroom. Location was very good. Breakfast food variety can be improved. Maintenance of room can be improved.
We have experienced a door locking issue on the first instance then a new room was allocated after a small contention.
