I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, but what truly made the experience outstanding was the staff. The personnel were absolutely wonderful – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. They went above and beyond to assist with organizing everything I needed during my stay, making the whole trip smooth and stress-free. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel truly cared for.

This place was more than perfect! The room was very spacious, extremely clean, very calm and comfortable. The customer service was flawless and impeccable. Vishal and his team were so helpful and took great care of us. They really made us feel homely and I cannot forget this wonderful stay in Kochi. They also helped us to book tickets for cultural events and arranged for us a trip to Allepey. I truly recommend this wonderful place!!
Nice hotel, quiet location, friendly staff
Pillowcase had stains that did not seem to come out when washed. Room was not cleaned - no indication of this at check-in or what to do to get it cleaned. Breakfast portions very small, on the second day not even tea was offered.

The hotel is lovely. Everything was very clean and tidy. The room was nice and cool with the air conditioning. There is water in the room. That was nice, because it was hot when I was there.
The people who worked there were very nice. They also had fun with each other. Everyone was cheerful. It felt like coming home every time.
The breakfast was delicious. Everyone first got a fresh juice and some fruit. There was everything to order. I had muesli with coconut milk, because I eat vegan. There was also egg, toast or Indian food of course. You could just order more if it was too little.
It was just a wonderful stay.
Great place to stay, close to the Chinese fishing nets and many shops and restaurants. Great hosts and nice breakfast outside. Highly recommended when visiting fort Kochi
The rooms were clean but small. Their bathroom layout makes them wet, each time someone takes a bath. Breakfast was not so great.
The staff were friendly and the rooms were a very good size.
