Filthy, rude staff and room was a disgrace.

For 5 million Vietnam Dong, I was scammed. I paid for a superior room and got the worst room ever. Tiny room ,smallest room in 50 years of travel, including most of S E A. nowhere to sit or eat,only a large bed, the bar fridge was full of drinks and snacks. When I complained, I was offered a better room for another 2+ Milion Dong, so total for 7 days 7+ million ?. I showed them your e mail describing the room their reply was booking .com description not theirs and the prices are set by booking.com ???? spoke with another guest ,he was also very disappointed. Never again book with you, and I will spread the word. I'm wondering if you will show this review ?
